"Comfortable Living with Caring Staff"
My family member lives at The Pines and she likes it there. The people who work there are very kind and helpful. The cleaning is good and they do a nice job. There are lots of things to do, and she has fun doing them. The food is okay, not great. Overall, I think The Pines is a good place for family and friends to consider.

"Not Enough Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
This place doesn't have enough staff. It makes me really unhappy seeing the folks living there. I certainly wouldn't advise anyone to choose this place.

"Conveniently Priced Assisted Living with Comprehensive Amenities"
This facility offers everything you'd want in care. It's far, but priced like others. Lots to do, active Memory Care, nice spacious rooms for residents, good food with flexible dining hours. Transportation to doctors provided, but no Bible study or on-site church. They do provide transportation to local churches. It’s a great place, just wish it was closer. We’re bringing and here to check it out since it’s one of our top two choices.

"Mixed Feelings About New Assisted Living Facility"
The assisted living facility is relatively new, but the studios are smaller compared to other places. The decor isn't as fancy, and there's no landscaping yet for pleasant outdoor walks. However, it's very clean and well-maintained. I didn't explore the dining options because it's farther away than other places in this price range.

"Warm, Friendly, and Perfect for My Parents"
This place is really nice. It’s great for my parents because there are lots of staff helping them. I like how it’s set up, and my parents can choose their own schedule. The meals are good with plenty of variety. The neighborhood streets are wide and easy for my dad to drive through. When I toured, they welcomed us like guests. We joined in with everyone else. It felt friendlier and warmer, and they really care about the family. Once we visited, we knew it was the right place.

"Comfy Home with Spacious Rooms, Minor Cleaning Issue"
My parents feel safe and comfy in their new home. Mom loves the staff and trusts them. The big, affordable bedrooms are great for my loved ones. My only gripe is housekeeping should come more often.
