"Nice facility lacking Memory Care, clean and friendly environment."
We visited the Remington Club while looking for a place for our family member who needs extra help. It was pretty good, but they didn't offer Memory Care, which was a bummer. The place seemed clean, and the people were nice.

"Mixed Experience at Remington Assisted Living Facility"
Our loved one's apartment wasn't clean on move-in. Dirty toilet, dusty shower, and kitchen. Expected better for move-in fee. Staff is mostly great, especially young men. Housekeepers are just okay. Kitchen staff are friendly. Meals vary in quality. Lots of activities available, but not fully utilized. Facility undergoing remodel, will be modernized. Great location, convenient for family. Apartment has new flooring and carpet. Spacious rooms. Many apartments have patios, great for pets. Construction inconvenience, but rent includes dining credit.

"Upset about poor management, bad food, and lack of hot water."
My mom started living here a year back. I liked the place because it felt good and was in a good place, even though it needed a fresh look and the food was dull. But recently, things have changed as the management has changed. They're fixing up the place, which I hope would make it better, but the food is really bad now and there isn't much choice. And despite all these problems, they aren't reducing the rent. The apartments have no microwaves. I thought there would be people to assist with moving heavy things, but they say that's only for assisted living. My mom doesn't need that. The worst thing is that there's been no hot water for five days and it's still not fixed! They even canceled her cleaning service for the week and didn't cut down any of her rent, which is 4300 for a single bedroom place! I'm really upset. I don't want to move her, but I can't stand to see her without hot water and good food. This is crazy. I've tried to reach out to the management, but they haven't called back.

"Considered Option for Loved One"
I visited this place when I was checking out care options for a family member. The building was nice and tidy, and the staff I met were kind and professional. Unfortunately, The Remington Club had a waitlist at the time, so we chose a different community. Still, it's a place I would have thought about for my loved one.

"Great place with helpful staff and plenty of meal options"
So far, it's been great. I don’t have any complaints. I can call them anytime, and they always answer quickly. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They offer choices at mealtimes, so you always have options. Others have said we found a great place. I’m very happy with it so far.

"Scratch from List"
Pros: Lots of apartments, great location near a hospital. Cons: No memory care, two separate buildings far apart, expensive, and small apartments. Not recommended!

A Place For Mom Customer
"More upscale than expected lacks microwave and coffee maker. Rooms satisfactory."
We met with the Director. It's fancier than we thought Mom would like. Assisted living can't have microwave or coffee maker. The rooms are okay.
