"Mixed Food Quality at Assisted Living"
I'm really impressed with the staff, med techs, caregivers, and resident servers. However, the food quality varies from just okay to amazing.

"Delightful Community for Seniors: A Pleasant Adjustment with Intellectual Advantage"
I've lived here for 5 months now. When I first toured the place, I was a bit unsure about living here full-time. But now, I'm really happy to be part of this community. It took some getting used to, but they take good care of me here. The staff are smart and treat us well, which is important as we get older!

"The Reserve: Promises More Than It Delivers"
I'd caution folks about The Reserve's promises. We picked them because they seemed nice and welcoming. We really believed their claims about superior care services. But that hasn't been the case at all. Don't get fooled by the fancy stuff or their sales pitch. Most of their staff are alright, but they're not great at following up. We've had a bunch of communication problems that weren't fixed even after six weeks. They claimed they didn't have my phone number, even though I gave it to them from the start. So, during an emergency, they couldn't reach us or update us. They've finally fixed that, but it's too late. They're not really delivering on the care they promised. They have a lot of staff coming and going, which means they're always training new people. That's annoying when your family member needs more care. It's a good place for someone who's very independent and doesn't need much care. But if your family member needs more care, it's not the best choice.

"Friendly staff, flexible management, and a lovely, safe campus."
My wife and I have lived at The Reserve for over 8 years, and we’re glad we moved here. Despite changes in ownership and staff, the core services and welcoming culture have stayed the same. The Reserve is a friendly community where residents feel like family. The staff is incredibly caring, and even with staff changes, the new team is just as supportive—a testament to the management’s training. We appreciate the flexibility management shows with resident needs and suggestions. Most residents, including us, are satisfied with the food, though some might disagree. Finally, the campus is beautiful, surrounded by trees, and residents can walk safely away from busy streets.

"Outdated Facility Lacks Amenities and Comfort for Seniors"
This place has a good location, but that's about it. The Reserve is old and outdated, with units that need updating. You have to walk a lot between buildings for meals, and there aren't any outdoor activities. It might be alright if you're on a tight budget, but it wasn't for us. It's like they say, you get what you pay for, especially when it comes to senior living.

"Flexible Assisted Living with Great Vibes and Dog-Friendly Amenities"
This assisted living facility has an old-fashioned charm, but the rooms are spacious, which is nice. They focus more on letting you live on your own with help available if you need it. The best part for me was the grassy area where you can take your dog it really made a difference. The staff are very accommodating and willing to adjust to your needs. Overall, it has a really positive atmosphere, and I'm very happy living here. The food is good too!

"Active Community with Many Activities; Concerns About Size"
The community is big and busy with lots of things to do. I enjoyed my visit and plan to come back. But I'm worried that my mom might find it too much here. Maybe a smaller place would be better for her.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The cleaning wasn't good; it was dirty and dim. When we left, all her jewelry was gone, but I didn't report it since I lacked proof or details. Some staff, like the dining room crew, were great, but others, especially Rosa, were unpleasant. Maintenance tasks weren't completed; the grass remained dead. The care was below par, I think. It used to be good before management changed, then everything declined.

"Quality Dropped After Management Change, Mixed Experience"
The cleaning could've been better; it was messy and dimly lit. When we moved out, all her jewelry was missing. I didn't say anything because I had no evidence or specifics. Some staff members were outstanding, like those in the dining room. However, some workers were unfriendly. Maintenance tasks were left undone. The lawn was dead, and nobody bothered to fix it. The care she received was below average, as I saw it. Things were better before the management changed. After that, the quality dropped.

"Separate Buildings and Long Wait List"
It was really nice. But the two-bedroom apartments were in a different building than the main one. They did have full kitchens, though. I picked another place mainly because of the separate buildings. Another reason was the long wait list to get in.

"Fantastic Community with Amazing Staff and Great Food"
They are an awesome community. We couldn't have been happier with them. The food was great, and the whole place was newly remodeled. The staff was incredible, and it was the same people taking care of our loved one for over 6 years. I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful this community is. I would recommend them to anyone.

"Satisfactory Assisted Living Facility with Room for Improvement"
I stayed in this community from 2001 to 2005, so things might have changed since then. Unless they've made updates, it was hard to get air conditioning. The rooms didn't have it. My mom stayed there and thought the food was decent. The place could use some renovations, but overall, it was alright.
