We really liked The Terraces Senior Living. It's not too expensive, and our loved one can afford it. The meals and dining service are excellent, and the residents seemed genuinely happy during the tour.

We found Katherine and her staff to be super friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home and reassured us that our loved one would be cared for just like if he were still with us at home.

They were super helpful in getting my dad settled in. They made the move really smooth and easier than we thought. They got him the room and living area he wanted. The director was very kind and caring. They were accommodating the whole time.”

They told us they'd have someone walk around the place every night for security. But it didn't seem like it happened. Something happened that made us think they're not doing what they said. Apart from that, the place is clean, and they were helpful when we moved in.

They told us there'd be a security guard patrolling the area every night, but it didn't seem like that was happening. We had an incident that made us doubt whether anyone was actually doing it. Apart from that, the place was clean, and they were helpful when we moved in.

The facility is very nice, and everyone is really friendly. It’s clean and pretty. However, I had some trouble with the deposit process. Make sure it’s a good fit for your loved one before paying anything.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Room Placement and Safety Concerns in Assisted Living Facility"
The staff here is really nice, and the grounds are super pretty. But the room they had for my relative was way too far from where everyone eats and hangs out. I was worried she might get lost or confused. The room itself was alright, but there was a spot on the carpet where it was all frayed, and the edges were coming up. Looked kinda dangerous to me.

The staff were really friendly and the place was pretty. But the only room open was too far from where everyone eats and hangs out. Worried it might confuse her. The room itself was nice, but there was a spot where the carpet was coming apart and there was a trip hazard.
