"Great Care and Comfort Despite Billing Issues"
The Village at Heritage Park was a great place for her. The staff was very caring. Her brain cancer was terminal, and she spent her last month in hospice care in the same room, which was adjusted for her needs. The staff, care, food, and activities were excellent. The way payments worked was confusing, with some irrelevant charges mistakenly left on future bills. They've changed some staff recently, so this might not be an issue anymore.

"Caring Community with Dedicated Staff and Supportive Environment"
We rated activities 3 stars because we wanted more variety, but there’s still plenty to do. The staff at The Village at Heritage Park is wonderful. They are caring, friendly, and always keep us informed about my Dad. They respond quickly to my concerns and are amazing with his medications and care plan. The other residents are great too—they update me on my Dad and it feels like a family here, with everyone looking out for each other. Dad has made good friends and really likes it here. I highly recommend The Village. [Marketing Representative's Name] made Dad’s move seamless and checks in on him too. So many amazing staff!

"Reasonably Priced Assisted Living with Ups and Downs"
The assisted living facility is very beautiful. They did well in some areas, but there were also some things they didn't handle so effectively. During his month-long stay, the staff were absolutely wonderful. However, I was upset that they never got him out of bed until I asked. Despite this, I would still recommend them to others because the price is really reasonable, especially compared to other places we considered.

"Expensive Assisted Living with Nice Grounds"
Kind of pricey. The grounds are nice, but the care fee, on top of the room rent, starts at $450. It can easily reach $4,000 per month. Overall, it’s a pleasant facility.

"Mixed feelings about assisted living, but overall decent option"
We picked this place because my mom liked the location more than me, and she thought the house looked modern and nice. The layout is great, and the closet is massive—it's almost like another room. Unfortunately, due to COVID, my mom hasn't been able to try the meals or join in on the activities. They seem to offer a lot, but it's pretty pricey. I'd say it's worth considering if you can afford it.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
We had a few issues with talking about medicine, but overall, it's a nice place. It's always super clean, and all the workers are friendly and ready to hear you out. Most importantly, our loved one really liked being there. We also had meals there a couple of times, and the food was really good.

"Top Choice for Gardens and More"
After checking out over 12 places nearby, The Village at Heritage Park clearly stands out. It offers the best value for a luxury living facility. What I really liked were the backyard for my garden, my own garage, my own laundry room, and the happy hour all at very competitive prices.
