"Warm, Caring Staff in Upscale Setting"

The staff is super friendly and caring. They keep us informed, which is great. I'd definitely recommend this place—it's like a fancy hotel!

"Clean, Cheerful, and Comfortable Assisted Living with Good Care"

The place feels nice and happy, unlike other places that can make you sad. The Villages at Seven Oaks is bright and clean and smells good. It’s worth the money you pay. We feel relaxed knowing he’s well taken care of. We’re bringing in hospice for extra help. We trust them a lot. Sometimes they're slow returning calls and we get a bit frustrated, but overall we’re happy. I like that the memory care has its own area. It’s easy to visit.

"Attentive Staff, Communication Could Improve"

They have done a good job with a tough situation and have been proactive. They've been helpful and nice about the issues we've faced. Given the circumstances, they've done everything they could. The only improvement would be to explain the time frame needed for doctor release forms.

"A Caring and Clean Community with Varied Activities"

I enjoyed touring this community. The staff was kind and caring. We liked how clean everything was. They offer a lot of different meals. My mom would have activities to do. This community is good, and families would be happy with the care and value.

"Decent facility but not what we needed; staff and atmosphere nice."

We thought this place was nice, but a friend suggested another community that seemed better. The staff here was friendly, and the place looked good, but it wasn't exactly what we needed right now. This retains the tone and simplifies the language for an 8th-grade level understanding.

"Deplorable Conditions, Poor Management Plague Assisted Living Facility"

This assisted living facility is deplorable. It's evident that since the new Executive Director, has assumed control, things have gone downhill. The living environment is utterly dismal, eerily resembling a prison with him acting as the warden. Sadly, there are zero engaging activities for the residents which is made worse by the obvious lack of staff members who are meant to cater to the 5 Memory Care residents. Moreover, a third party company has been roped in due to the current staff's inability or unwillingness to provide care. Yet, all they really do is constantly tail the residents like stern prison wardens. This place radiates neglect; it seems deserted with nothing properly maintained. The level of filth is so high, it's revolting. The few staff members who are around exhibit nonchalance and indifference, it deeply saddens me to see the innocent residents living in such deplorable conditions. This facility has exceptionally poor management and care. It radiates an unsettling, melancholic aura with the residents being treated in a disheartening manner.

"Severe Lack of Care and Understanding in Assisted Living Facility"

The quality of memory care at this place is seriously poor. The leaders don't seem to care about the patients or their families. They need a lot of training for their workers. There are a few good workers, but overall, not so much. It's clear that the leaders don't know a lot about dementia or Alzheimer's. It looks like their ideal patient is someone who's quiet, heavily medicated, and easy to ignore in a corner. These patients used to lead full, happy lives.

"High Cost, Poor Management at Assisted Living Facility"

This place isn't as they described. It’s really expensive for the services they give. Some of the staff are pretty good, but overall management is really bad. They have issues keeping staff around. They've already gotten a new executive director three times in less than one year. The people working in memory care don't seem very well-trained. It feels like management cares more about money than they do about looking after those in their care.
