"Lack of care and activities; sad atmosphere; withdrew family member."

The people at Tina's Care Home don't give enough care. They promised to shower my family member twice a week but didn't follow through. Everyone mostly stays in their rooms with the doors shut all day except during meals. There are no activities or TV time together. It's a sad atmosphere. I removed my family member from this care home.

"A Caring Home"

We visited this place. It’s an older community, not quite what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t see a menu, but they do have activities for residents who want to join in. Families might want to check it out for their loved ones.

"Communication and Comfort Concerns at Assisted Living Facility"

We visited this place but struggled to talk with staff because of language differences. We didn't meet any other residents. The room we saw wasn't what we wanted. It felt cold and needed fixing up. It bothered us that other residents were in their rooms. We wished we could have seen them enjoying the place. We don't think we'd suggest this place to other families.

"A Safe and Caring Community"

The care here is great. My dad feels safe in this home. The staff are friendly and keep me updated about everything. My mom enjoys the meals they make. I notice that the community is always clean. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

"Feels like family with great activities"

It's a lovely place. The residents are really happy with all the activities. They play cards, enjoy a nice library, and have fun with games. Everyone is really open and friendly. The owner treats us like family—both my loved one and me. You don’t get that kind of warm personality at other places. There's also a nice outdoor area.

"Cozy, Tidy 4-Person Home with Shared Room & Homemade Meals"

This is a compact home for four. It was tidy and peaceful, with a little backyard. Room was shared. Homemade meals were served.
