"Good Facility, Needs More Spanish-Speaking Staff"
The place and the workers are really nice. My dad mostly speaks Spanish, and he's found a couple of folks here (like the two at the front desk and the ones who fix things or serve food) who talk to him in his language, and they're super friendly. It'd be awesome if they had more people who speak both English and Spanish, and more fun stuff to do for everyone. I'd tell people to check this place out because it's clean. But they've got to work on making it safer and better for people who speak different languages.

"Kind Staff, Needs Better Tracking and Doctor Services"
The people working here are really nice. But they need to talk to each other better so things run smoothly. They should also keep an eye on who’s leaving and coming back by having everyone sign in and out. The doctor’s help could be better too. My mom asked to see them and needed her medicine, but she had to wait 3 weeks for an answer.

"Clean and Cheerful Assisted Living"
Wow, the lobby feels like a fancy hotel! The independent living buildings are super clean, almost like a cruise ship. The assisted living area is smaller but still nice. I didn't see much interaction between residents, except for the front desk staff. The price for the care my mom needs is $5,195. Overall, it's a cheerful and clean place.

"Best Assisted Living in Orange County with Exceptional Care and Warmth"
I’ve had two family members and one close friend live at Town and Country, and I can’t recommend it enough. The staff is fantastic—caring, professional, and trustworthy. I sleep easy knowing they’re in good hands. Communication with the staff is excellent. If there’s ever a problem or something that needs to be fixed, they reach out to me or I can easily get in touch with them. The staff’s friendliness makes the whole place feel warm and welcoming. My father-in-law just moved in two weeks ago, and both the residents and staff have been very friendly to him. They’re always coming up with new programs, like their Memory Classes, which have really helped one of my relatives. They’re also adding new features, like a Bistro for more food options and an indoor pool for physical therapy. They’ve gone above and beyond during emergencies and are very understanding and accommodating to families. From all my research, this is the best value and care you can find in Orange County.

"Friendly Staff and Clean Facility with Food Concerns"
The staff at Town & Country Manor are really friendly and helpful, and the place is clean. My only worry is the food. It could be more homemade and healthier.

"Their rehab was really nice and not hospital-like"
They offer everything here. They have independent living and skilled nursing. We used their rehab, and it was really nice. Other rehabs felt more like hospitals. This place was really good.

"Perfect Place for Mom"
Town & Country Manor has been great for my mom. She’s in an independent living apartment now, but they also have assisted living and skilled nursing if she needs it later. Her apartment is big, with 620 square feet and lots of closet space. Other places we looked at didn’t have enough closets. We checked out one other place near my home, but she picked Town & Country because the unit was bigger, the hallways were well-lit, and it felt warm and welcoming. It’s also close to medical facilities and shopping, and the staff and residents are super friendly. They offer lots of activities, three meals a day, and clean the apartment once a week. I feel good knowing that if I’m out of town, she’s safe. They check on residents three times a day during meals, and if someone doesn’t show up, they call or knock on the door to make sure everything’s okay. I highly recommend Town & Country Manor.

"Town & Country Manor Review"
Town & Country Manor wasn't where I planned to live, but it's nice. The place is tidy, staff is friendly, and they care about residents. They have daily activities and a chapel service. If you value faith in a community, this is worth checking out. Go see for yourself if it suits you.
