"Great Amenities, Wrong Location"
I visited this community for my father, and I don’t have any complaints. The staff arrived on time for our appointment and patiently answered all our questions. They had great amenities and activities for the residents to enjoy. However, in the end, it wasn’t the right location.

"Beware: Victor Royal Disappoints!"
When we got to the Victor Royal, it was totally not our thing. Right off the bat, the place smelled bad. It sort of gave off vibes of a drug rehab place. The guy running the show was holed up in his office, oblivious to both his staff and the people living there. Plus, there were folks wandering about without any real direction.

I visited Victor Royal because my brother is thinking about moving there. I had a phone call with He, who was very friendly and gave me all the information I needed. They do take ssi. My brother and I are planning to go back next month.

"Decent but not first choice due to budget constraints"
The Victor Royale Assisted Living facility was the top choice in terms of affordability and vicinity. We needed a place closer to our home and due to my family member's low income, we had to make some trade-offs. There were better spots, but they were out of our budget.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Mixed Bag at Assisted Living Facility"
The assisted living facility has a doctor available, and they take care of meals and housekeeping. Medications are managed from a central room. Each resident has a private toilet, but showers are shared. Unfortunately, there's no outdoor public area except for smoking, and the overall atmosphere feels a bit dingy.

"Onsite Doctor, Included Meals, Shared Showers, Smoky Outdoor Area"
There's a doctor who's always here, and they take care of meals and cleaning up after you. They control your medicine from one main area. You get your own bathroom, but you need to share the shower. The only outside area is for smokers. The place feels a little gloomy.
