"Mixed Feelings about Assisted Living Facility Switch; Average Care"

They own three places. Originally, my Mom was supposed to go to Victoria Estate. But the administrator changed her mind last minute and sent her to another place in Poway. It wasn't as nice, but she thought my Mom would like it better there. I didn't like the change, but I went along because she said it would be short term. I think they wanted someone else to pay more for Victoria Estates. If you want, I can review the Poway place. Overall, their care was okay, but there's room for improvement.
