"Great Staff and facility, Poor Ownership and Specialized Care"
The staff at this assisted living facility were truly caring and outstanding. Still, I didn't have a good relationship with the owner. They didn't provide the standard of care my loved one needed, making me feel anxious about their safety there. The community was very spotlessly clean, and the food was pretty good. It was a really nice and inviting facility. But it seems the place is really designed for folks who suffer from memory loss, can't live alone, and are able to sleep soundly throughout the night. Ultimately, I can't endorse this facility for anyone.

"Best care and food, my mom is so happy!"
I can't say enough good things about this place! I am beyond pleased with the care my mother has received. They truly run a first-class operation, and the owners have been great to work with. There are six women living in the house, with two caregivers always on staff. I'm really impressed with that ratio because it means lots of one-on-one time, and the residents are well taken care of. The meals are homemade, full of nutrition, and offer lots of variety. The place is very affordable, and everything is included in the rent. The best part is my mother's attitude has greatly improved since she moved in. This really is the best of the best!

"Everything is going great here"
We love it here! The owner is wonderful. My mom has two caregivers during the day, and they really give her the care she needs. They cook everything from scratch. I've had a few meals with my mom, and the food is really good. I would recommend this place.

"A Fantastic Home with Excellent Memory Care"
Villa Adriana is a fantastic place for my aging mother. It's always clean and feels more like a home than a hospital. The staff are very friendly and always add personal touches. All the meals are cooked at home and taste great. Adriana runs a well-organized place with great attention to the residents' care and well-being. I’m really glad I found this place for my mom. Their focus on memory care is incredible.

"Beautiful place with excellent care and friendly staff!"
This is a 5-star place! The property is beautiful, and Adrianna provides excellent care. The staff is clean and professional, and it's in a great location in Vista, CA. However, the website needs to update the pricing for the board and care facilities because it’s not accurate.

"Great for women, clean and friendly."
This care home is clean and the people are nice. We couldn't move Dad in because they only accept women. They have some activities for the residents.
