"Great Effort Despite Challenges"
The staff members are mostly great, except for [name removed], who receives a 2 out of 5. The director gets a 3 out of 5. When it comes to the quality of care, the staff members step up when needed. The meals and dining service take good care of your needs. Unfortunately, we can’t rate the activities since our loved one can’t attend. Overall, they do a lot of great work in this challenging business.

"Affordable Community with Room for Improvement"
The activities are quite enjoyable. I chose this community because it's affordable and fits my budget. However, the organization could use some improvement.
