"Short-staffed Villa Christa Needs Improvement and Proper Pricing"
The people at Villa Christa are really friendly, and the place is pretty clean. But it's a little dusty. Moving in wasn't great. They gave me loads of forms to fill out, but only when we got there to move in. It would’ve helped to have them earlier. The food was off balance, which is probably why they didn’t want us around during mealtimes. I once saw them serve chopped up hot dogs and plain pasta. The place seemed understaffed for the sort of people living there. Out of six people, only two could get around on their own, yet they only had two caregivers. My mom got a UTI two days in and got a bed sore within two weeks, so I took her out. The workers tried, but they couldn’t give enough time to the folks who needed help. We got charged more than the price on their website. I didn't think we were getting our money’s worth, so I wouldn’t suggest Villa Christa to anyone. I reckon they need an extra caregiver and to step up their meals, with real meat and balanced food.

"Communication and staffing issues hinder care at assisted living facility."
The people working here can't handle residents who can't walk. They keep changing staff every 6 months, and many seem to be tourists. It's hard to talk to them because English isn't their first language.

"Management Issues Affect Overall Experience"
The people in charge seemed unsure about dealing with tough situations. I feel they don't give their workers fair pay, which causes problems. The caregivers were wonderful and did their best; it's the management that we had trouble with.

"Great Facility, But No Availability"
I really liked this assisted living facility. The staff is friendly, and the place is very clean. They offer a lot of activities for the residents, which is great. The only problem is that they don't have any rooms available right now. I would recommend it to others if they had space.

"Impressive Elder Care Experience"
I was really impressed by what I saw. Arlene was super helpful and knew a lot about eldercare. We'll be meeting with the contact person again for further discussions.
