"Friendly, Affordable, and Close to Home"
We picked this place because it offered respite care and it was really close to where we lived. Plus, the price was good. The room sizes were okay. The food was okay, and my mom liked it. I thought this was a nice, friendly place. They took good care of the residents. Everyone was very friendly.

"Great Facility, Needs Better Payment Options"
Nice, clean place with caring staff. They don’t accept electronic payments like Zelle from our bank. This makes the bank send a paper check, which takes a lot longer. Using electronic payments would be much faster and easier for both us and Villa Sorrento. We’re frustrated with their policy on this.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
Mom enjoyed the facility and all the social events, but I worried about the number of caregivers for residents. During the day, there are only 3 caregivers and 1 medical tech available. At night, it's just 2 caregivers and 1 medical tech. Currently, there are 134 residents.

"Mixed Impressions on Assisted Living Floors"
The person showing us around was nice and friendly. The first floor was brighter and fancier, but the second floor felt stuffy and gloomy. It wasn't what I had expected.

"Supportive staff, clean place, and pet-friendly for mom!"
I really like this place for my mom. The staff is supportive and quick to help with any problems. The place is always clean, and the garden area looks great. She enjoys playing the piano sometimes and loves that she can keep her dog here. They also take her to her doctor’s appointments, which really helps me out. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family—it’s worth it.

"Great Place for Respite Care and Friendly Staff"
My mom stayed here for a while to get stronger so she can go back home. She liked doing activities with the other people, eating in the dining room, and her room was really nice. They gave her everything she needed. I think you should visit because the community and staff are awesome.

"Decent facility, not perfect for my dad, but recommendable overall"
I went on a tour of this place for my loved one, and I gotta say, it was alright. The staff were punctual for our appointment and made sure to answer all my questions real well. I liked how open the layout was, and they had some nice stuff for the folks living there. But, in the end, it just wasn't quite right for my dad. Still, I think it could work for others.

"Caring Staff and Clean Facility, Room for Improvement"
My mother-in-law stayed at Villa Sorrento for just 4 days when she fell and we realized she needed more help. We wish she could have returned because the caregivers were great, especially the care manager. The place was clean and looked after well. There were a couple of things they could have handled better.

"Affordable assisted living with comprehensive care, highly recommended for budget-conscious seniors."
My family liked Villa Sorrento, but my loved one didn't. I think it's the best choice for the price. It's great for people who need to save money because they provide a lot of care for the monthly fee. I think others should consider this community.

"Disappointing Treatment at Villa Sorento Assisted Living"
The staff at Villa Sorento are disappointing. I arranged for my mom to stay there, believing the positive reviews that they genuinely care for their seniors. This simply isn't the truth! They didn't treat my mom with kindness! It was completely unacceptable. My mom often grumbled about always being served food she didn't favor. She does not suffer from Alzheimer's; she simply wanted a peaceful senior living community as she is under hospice care. I feel the need to warn others about their service because I definitely would not suggest it!
