"Mixed Feelings about Alta Vista Senior Living"
The people at Alta Vista Senior Living are really nice and helpful. They seem to care a lot about the residents and are ready to help families with different situations. The place is kept really clean, and I always notice staff members cleaning. They're good at keeping in touch with families. Moving in was easy, but it was a bit awkward because we had to carry everything in from the front door where guests were coming and going. It would've been better if there was a back entrance or another way to get in. I think they could use more staff. My mom is in Memory Care, and sometimes there are only 1 or 2 staff members looking after 10-15 residents. That doesn't seem like enough. Overall, I'd say Alta Vista Senior Living is worth considering, but they could use some improvements.

"Outrage Over Steep Assisted Living Fee Hike"
My friend’s been here for over a year. No issues until they raised care fees by 80%. Unfair to seniors on fixed incomes!

"Warm and Supportive Community for Mom and Family"
We are thankful we found this community. They've taken good care of my mom and helped our family a lot. We're excited for many more years here.
