"Decent, but Costly Options"
This place offers two payment options buy in or month to month. The buy in has lower monthly fees but needs a big down payment. Month to month is pricier. The place is clean and tidy. Saw few staff around, mostly residents chatting in a big room with a piano. We always check online to make sure things are okay. Their website says they've had 10 visits from inspectors since 2018, which seems like a lot. I didn’t ask for the latest info, but places like this have to give it if you ask. Overall, it was okay.

"Heartbreaking High Costs for Elderly in Assisted Living"
Expensive especially when you think about residents being old or having fixed incomes. It's heartbreaking.

"Modern, flexible, well-located community with great room options"
This community is new, modern, and well-located. It’s beautifully decorated with nice room layouts and options. The costs are similar to other good retirement communities we’ve seen, but there’s more flexibility in life choices. We liked it a lot.

"New Assisted Living: Compact, Pricey, Helpful Staff"
Wow, this place is nice and new! We loved that our parents could stay in the same apartment even if their care needs went up. It's compact, with lots of stuff in a small space. But, it's a bit pricey—maybe more than our budget. He was super nice and helpful.

"Pleasant Living Facility with High Priced Amenities & Poor Food"
The facility has a pleasant environment; I viewed three different apartments - two were one bedrooms and one was a two bedroom. I liked the spacious full kitchen and the convenience of having an in-unit washer and dryer was helpful. This place offers various exercise classes and entertaining activities. They have a cool art studio and an indoor swimming pool. It's welcoming to pets and they even allow a pet door for easy access to an outdoor patio but only on the first floor. The disappointing factor was the food; it didn't please our taste. The facility is near Disneyland, so traffic is heavy outside. Also, the charges are a bit steep for my liking.

"Mixed experience at assisted living facility visit on August 19."
Went to check out a place on. The person who sells stuff there was really nice. The building was clean and pretty. But the food place wasn't that great and you can't use it much, like, the monthly money you pay doesn't cover all the meals.

The place is super clean and looks really modern. I didn't see too many people, though. Maybe I missed something, but the ratings are good.

"Considering Assisted Living Within 3 Weeks"
This place is pretty good. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are cozy, and there's plenty to do. I might decide to move in here in about 3 weeks.
