"Unsuitable Assisted Living: Poor Rating and Early Move"
If there was a 0 out of 10 option, that's what I'd choose for all 7 categories. Our time there was bad. We had to shift my family member soon after they moved in. I'd tell other people to really make sure they know what's going to happen when their family moves in. Understand how they do things and demand everything be ready before your loved one moves in. Also, visit at times they're not expecting you to really understand the living situation.

"Great Assisted Living Community with Awesome Staff!"
This place has been really good for my dad, and I'd totally recommend it for you or your loved one. They've got cool stuff like a program for residents with MCI, happy hour, weekly outings, movie time, and holiday activities. The staff is awesome and always around—I'm a big fan!

"Westmont at San Miguel Ranch"
We picked Westmont at San Miguel Ranch because the place itself is really nice and well-maintained, and the people I met here gave me a good feeling. It's super clean, cozy, and friendly. They were great at keeping us informed and answering all our questions. The rooms are a good size, and they offer lots of activities for residents. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place like this.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Promises"
Be cautious, I was told I'd get a refund, never got it. They promised to take him to memory programs but never did. I always had to remind them.

"Check bills; nice place with good food and activities."
Be cautious with the budget department and double-check your bills. Everyone is great, and it’s a nice place. I would recommend this community for others’ loved ones. My loved one enjoys the food. There are bus trips to shopping and sites, bingo, bands, social groups, parties, and more activities for residents.

"Charging Without Care: A Nightmare of Non-reimbursement"
This place, they give you all smiles when you first arrive. But, they mistakenly sent my mom to the ER on March 24th, a mistake they admitted by their own care manager, Amy. They promised they'd take her back, all the while they kept charging me for the room. They said they'd send invoices for care so I could get reimbursed. But then on April 5th, my mom refused to eat, so our options were hospice or skilled nursing. Now, I can't get a detailed invoice for reimbursement. They're telling me they can't and won't physically do it. Super frustrating!

"Friendly staff and affordable living!"
The staff is friendly and the place is small, which my mom likes. The studio room is more than enough for her needs. The community fee is very low.

"Mom is close to family here"
We are very happy with this place. We like that it's a single-story building and the memory care unit is very secure. My mom gets to join the other residents in activities, and she always has a caregiver with her. When we join her for lunch or dinner, we make sure to take her to the main dining area. Everything is clean and well-kept, and the staff is very nice and friendly. We just started using the resident doctor for my mom's care, so I'm still learning how everything works. Most of all, we're glad she's close to family so we can visit often.

"Great community but too far from everything else"
The staff were very friendly and gave a great tour. The community is really nice, clean, and has many activities. However, it's located far from everything and too far from my home.

"Good care and clean, with tasty food!"
Overall, I’m pleased with the care my father is getting at Westmont. There are a few things that could be improved, but the care is good. The food is great and the place is always very clean. We’re happy with our choice.

"Caring Staff and Clean Facilities!"
The people who showed my loved one and me around their place were really nice and made us feel welcome. Their place was super clean and had lots of cool stuff for everyone who lives there. I don't have any bad things to say about our visit, except they couldn't accept my dad. They said he needed more help than they could offer.

"A Positive Experience at a New Assisted Living Facility"
The staff was awesome! She's so full of energy and really loves her job. The place is new, but they can also give companionship when needed. There's a pretty big courtyard where residents can go in and out whenever they want.

"Cozy, Clean, and Close: A Newer Community"
The people who work here are friendly and helpful. They have a few activities, but I think they could add more. My mom enjoys the food, and the place is close to our home. It feels cozy and clean. I'd suggest this community.
