"Great care, personal rooms, and supportive staff—highly recommend!"
My dad has lived here for over 3 years. The owner and staff have been very supportive, helpful, and loving. The owner even takes my dad to doctor appointments when I can’t because of work. Each resident has their own room, so they don’t have to share. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

"Fantastic care and great food—highly recommend!"
My dad has lived here for several years. The owner is amazing and goes out of her way for everyone. Her staff treat my dad like family. They help with doctor visits and lab samples without extra charges. All the residents have their own rooms, and the food is excellent, which is important since my dad eats a lot. I highly recommend this place.

"Mismanaged Facility Offers Poor Care and Misplaces Medication"
This is absolutely the worst location I've ever visited. Despite the immaculate and attractive appearance of the house, it was a facade. The place is run by Russian folks, and I had a hard time understanding them. The meals predominantly consisted of unappealing, oily, fried foods. They did not assist my husband with his bathroom needs regularly. I would often find him curled up in his bed, unattended. Despite my regular enquiries, his mobility did not seem to improve, and by the time we left, his ability to stand unaided had worsened significantly. Despite my husband's hospitalization for dehydration, they did not provide him with adequate water. A staff member even had the audacity to tell me they had no water, although it was readily available from the sink. They neglected my husband's COPD machine too, with its cord often getting caught in the garage door. Worse still, they somehow got hold of his medications after he left and claimed they were lost. After being told they had to reimburse me $1000 to replace them, suddenly the medications were found. I later discovered they had been wrongly given to another patient! I would not advise anyone to set foot there.

"Absolutely Worst Care: Neglect, Poor Communication, and Stolen Medicine"
The experience I had at this place was the absolute worst. Don't let the cleanliness and neatness fool you, their services were awful. It was owned by Russian folks and communicating with them was a struggle. Their meals consisted of oily, over-fried food that wasn't at all appetizing. My loved one needed assistance going to the bathroom, but he never got the help he needed. His condition worsened steadily every day until he couldn't stand without support. I was shocked to hear, when I asked about his hydration, that they didn't have any water for him to drink. It was so insensitive and inconsiderate, as water was available from their sinks. They neglected his needs for his COPD machine too by leaving it in the garage and carelessly damaging the cord. Unbelievably, even after my husband had moved out, they claimed to have lost his expensive medication that cost a thousand bucks to replace. No sooner had I asked them to pay for it, did they miraculously find it, admitting to have given it to another resident. I urge you, do not under any circumstances, consider this place!
