"Mixed Experience: Beautiful Common Areas, Disappointing Rooms"
I visited this place, and the common areas looked really nice with an ocean view. However, the rooms they showed us were dirty and not up to standard. There were broken shower rods and other issues.

"A great place for care and ocean views!"
I'm really happy with the care my mom is getting here. The staff is great, and the place is very clean. The food is good with lots of choices for her. They offer activities, but she’s still getting settled. I would recommend this community. Plus, she gets a view of the ocean!

"Amazing Beachfront Property"
The White Sands in La Jolla is an amazing place, right on the beach and reasonably priced. The cost depends on the unit size. We're really happy with the services and your company. Without your help, we wouldn't have found this place for my dad. We're very pleased and recommend your services to others. Thanks again for your help!

"Lovely but not practical for Ruth due to distance and amenities."
Pretty place, but Ruth gets tired walking. No kitchens.

"A Mixed Review on the Beautiful Assisted Living Facility"
The building is lovely but requires too much walking for Ruth. The units also lack kitchens.

"White Sands Assisted Living: Unique, Oceanfront Care"
White Sands Assisted Living has a unique vibe. The long hallways and dorm-like atmosphere set it apart. Although the rooms are smaller, the oceanfront location is a plus. Their program requires meeting financial criteria and offers various levels of care.

"Nice Ocean View with Life-Long Care at White Sands"
White Sands feels different from other places. Each assisted living place has its own vibe based on how it's designed. White Sands had long hallways and felt a bit like a dorm. The rooms were smaller, and my step-mom didn't like that. The value for money was a bit less compared to another place, but White Sands is right on the ocean, which was nice. White Sands has a unique program. They only accept you if you meet their financial requirements. You have to buy in, but then you're guaranteed to live there for life. They offer different levels of care, including Alzheimer's and nursing care.
