"Poor Food and Cleanliness Under New Management at Assisted Living"
When it was previously, this spot was great. But ever since Ararat Gardens took charge, things went downhill. The meals they serve are really lousy. Plus, the cleanliness is questionable because we often find hairs or bugs in the dishes. The staff is friendly, but that doesn't make up for the other issues. I wouldn't suggest this place.

"Awful Management and Conditions at Ararat Homes Assisted Living."
When it was managed by Human Good, it was fantastic. But ever since Ararat Homes took over, it's terrible. The food's not even fit for eating. They even had to shut down the kitchen because of a mouse problem. Can you believe they served tuna sandwiches on Easter Dinner? On top of all that, the heating and cooling system in the health center doesn't even work. I seriously tell you, don't risk sending your loved one to this place!

"Excellent care and friendly staff make Windsor a great choice"
I've only been at Windsor for a short time, but so far, everything has been excellent. I don't see anything that needs fixing. Everyone here is very kind. The caregivers, maintenance staff, and everyone else are all incredibly friendly and helpful.

"Great care and comfort at Windsor Manor"
Windsor Manor has been a fantastic place for our 92-year-old mom. She has made lots of new friends and really enjoys the many activities. The place is like a 5-star hotel with beautiful grounds and super clean rooms. The food is also top-notch and really tasty!

"Wonderful, caring place for seniors with exceptional staff."
My 87-year-old mom has been living at Windsor for two years. I live far away, but I helped her move in and believe Windsor is a great and caring place. The staff is exceptional—they truly care about the residents. They work hard, are thoughtful, and kind. Many have been there for years. Windsor is part of be.group, a non-profit, so making a profit isn’t a concern—making life comfortable is. I visit three times a year and stay a week each time. I see the strong community and family feel. I’m confident my mom made the right choice. Windsor is safe, clean, and a complete retirement community. We had an amazing Christmas dinner, and the staff was wonderful. Everything here is designed to improve life for seniors.

"Great place to stay, with clean facilities and friendly staff"
The place wasn’t perfect, but nothing ever is. We stayed here for a long time because we were happy with it. It was clean and the staff were friendly. They did a great job meeting most of our needs until we needed more advanced care.

"Crazy $99,000 upfront fee asked by assisted living facility"
Okay, so they're asking for a $99,000 upfront fee, plus nearly $5000 every month. I'm not in for paying that upfront cost.
