"Quality Care Despite Initial Hiccup"
The caregivers were really great. They were all very nice. We had a little problem the first night we arrived with his pain medicine. The nurse working that night seemed unsure about giving him his meds or didn't understand the doctor's instructions for managing his pain. My sister ended up managing him while he was confused and upset. We had to call the hospice nurse, but she didn't come until the next day. Besides that, everything else went really well. We were treated kindly, and I felt like my dad received excellent care.

"Mixed Feelings About Distant Assisted Living Experience"
Even though I haven't visited the place in person since I live out of state, the folks I've talked to on the phone have been super nice. Because our family member has dementia, we're cautious about their opinions, but they mention that the meals are sometimes just alright.

"Compassionate care and great amenities at Windsor Court in Riverside."
My parent lived in Windsor Court's memory care for years. Caregivers are compassionate despite challenges. Staff-to-resident ratio could improve. Food is excellent with variety and snacks available. Beautiful patio and mountain views. Lobby and common areas are impressive. One of Riverside County's top facilities.

"Elderly Treatment and Living Conditions Decline at Assisted Living Home"
I wouldn't suggest this assisted living home. Since my Dad moved in, the meals have declined, cleanliness is lacking, and activities are scarce. It feels more like a depressing nursing home than the vibrant assisted living place it should be. The older residents aren't treated with the respect they deserve. Some staff genuinely care, but it seems like most only show up for their paychecks.

"Older Building with Limited Outdoor Space"
I visited an assisted living place, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions. The building was old and had two stories, which we didn't like. It would've been a long walk for Mom to reach the dining room, and there wasn't much outdoor space for her dog.

"Safety Concerns at Windsor Court Assisted Living"
I wasn’t too impressed with Windsor Court. It’s a two-story place, and the marketing director didn’t even know if there was a fire escape plan – that worried me. Plus, it didn’t look very clean.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short for My Mother"
I enjoyed the property and found the staff member who gave us the tour to be very friendly and informative. However, some of the furniture looked a bit old, and there wasn't enough bright light throughout the facility. Unfortunately, it wasn't the right fit for my mother.

"Missed Transfer Option"
This place had two floors: one for assisted living and another for memory care. We liked it because the staff were friendly and the place was clean. Unfortunately, they couldn't help with a two-person transfer, so it wasn't suitable for us.

"Exorbitant Rates, Negligence and Miscommunication at Assisted Living"
AVOID THIS PLACE FOR YOUR ELDERLY PARENTS! It's just a high-priced daycare that a high school kid could probably operate more efficiently! My mom and dad aren't getting bathed. Important medical results got misplaced in emergency situations... The employees don't communicate with each other. It's poorly managed.

"Assisted Living Facility Undergoing Renovation"
That was kinda sad. They were getting ready to fix it up. It didn’t look clean at the time, but they’re redoing it. At least that’s what they said.” And here’s the headline: .
