Bookcliff Manor Assisted Living

"A Cozy Communal Home for Loved Ones"
I visited an assisted living facility during dinner to collect Christmas wish lists from residents. Most are aged 45-85, with private rooms and personalized decor. The place is a bit cluttered but clean, and the residents are content. It feels like a communal home, which I appreciate. I’d consider placing my aunt here.

"Bluntly disappointed at the facility; unsuitable living conditions."
I'm taken aback by how this place got a top score! Viewing it from the outside, it was grimy, falling apart, uncared for, and sadly broken down. Even the windows were covered up! Given how it looked from outside alone, I wouldn't dare to venture inside. There's absolutely no chance I'd put my mom in such a miserable place!

"Unacceptable Condition: Mother Would Never Stay Here"
I'm clueless how this place got such a good review! The outside looked filthy, falling apart, unkept, and totally run-down. The windows were even covered with boards! Looking at this dismal scene outside, there's no way I was even going to check out the inside! Absolutely not! I would never let my mom stay in such an awful place!

"Concerns About Street-Access Apartments"
I drove past the community to maybe check it out, but it didn't look as good as I'd hoped. The apartments opened right up onto the streets. I wasn't really comfortable with the thought of my mom or dad living here.

"Dissatisfied with Bookcliff Manor Assisted Living"
Bookcliff Manor Assisted Living was no good. The boss was constantly occupied with other stuff. My mom had trouble with the steep ramps. I really don't advise choosing this place. We were unhappy with this place.
