"A Safe, Friendly Place with Caring Staff and Good Food"
This facility is like our knight in shining armor. They treat the residents with so much care and it really shows. It’s been amazing for me to see. I visit often and have never seen the staff get angry or upset with the residents. They are wonderful and always around. They regularly check on everyone and keep the residents engaged and active. I do wish there were more activities, especially for those in memory care, but I understand that can be tough. We moved from a place where we had a terrible experience, and I couldn’t be happier with how things are here. The transition was smooth, and I finally feel like mom is safe and comfortable. The atmosphere here feels like family. Most staff and residents know each other by name, and there are paintings done by residents hanging on the walls. These little touches make it feel like home. The food is good, and they always have the basics like drinks and condiments available, which I appreciate. They have assigned seating in the dining room that rotates often, which is a clever way to help memory care patients interact with each other. Mom has no complaints about the food, which is a big plus! The facility might be older, but they have the experience and the right staff. I highly recommend this place to everyone I know!

"Mixed Experience at Brookdale Briargate Assisted Living"
Overall, it's been good, though maintenance is slow. Some room issues linger. Communication can be better; surprise visits happen. Staff generally knowledgeable; some outstanding personnel noted. Activities director praised. Food enjoyable; initial health improvement noted.

"Happy Residents in Cozy Community"
A friendly place where residents are happy and active. Staff support independence, and the menu suits my mom. Rooms are small, but we're still interested.

"Brookdale Disappointment: Cramped, Minimal and Lots of Outdoor Walking"
I took a look around Brookdale and frankly, I wasn't impressed. It kinda felt like visiting a college dorm. The rooms were little and didn't have a lot of furniture. Plus, you had to go outside and walk a fair distance to get to the place where everyone eats. I wasn't too keen on the idea of my mom and dad being out in the weather that much. The place seems pretty aged and didn't seem as neat and polished as some of the other places I've checked out.

"Great service, but no availability."
I had helpful and friendly people show me around and give me useful resources. They were great to work with. They were always ready to help me find a good place for my parents. It didn't feel like a sales pitch. In the end, they didn't have a spot for us.

"Not the Right Fit for Dad"
I didn't have any problems with the tour I took of this community. Everything went smoothly, and the staff were super friendly during our visit. They made sure to give us lots of detailed information and took their time with us. Unfortunately, it just wasn't the right fit for my father.
