"Mixed Experience at Brookdale Assisted Living"
My mom liked Brookdale. People were nice, and she enjoyed activities. But, they didn't always give her meds right. We had to check often. Some days, she got no meds or wrong ones.

"Personalized Care and Friendly Atmosphere"
I really like this place because it's small, so my dad gets individual attention from the staff who know him well. He enjoys the food and has made friends here. The staff always greet him by his first name and they are always friendly.

"Friendly Staff and Improved Services"
The staff is helpful and knows about medications. They talk to healthcare providers. More services available now, like home health and therapy. Residents like the activities.

"Convenient and Caring Assisted Living Choice"
We picked Brookdale Brighton because it's close to our house and the staff are really nice. They seem to really care about the people who live there and try to make it special for them. At Brookdale, though, they charge extra for everything, so it can end up costing a lot. But, overall, I think it's a good place and I would tell other people to check it out if they're looking for somewhere like this.

"Highly Recommended Assisted Living!"
We picked Brookdale Brighton because it's a super nice place. Everyone's friendly, and they really look after the residents. It's cozy, with just the right-sized rooms for one person using a walker. The bathrooms have no steps, and the open archways make moving around easier. Mom's busy with activities, and she's loving it. Definitely a safe choice for your loved one I highly recommend it

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
Before COVID, things were better. Now, I don't think Mom's getting proper care. The place is tidy, but her room's a mess. Laundry piles up, shower's dirty, room smells like pee, and there's jello and cheerios on the floor. I chose this place because it's smaller, thinking Mom would get better care, but that's not the case. Staff are nice, but they charge extra for additional services. Mom came home weak with bedsores. Reported to corporate.

"Highly recommend Brookdale, a true blessing!"
My mother-in-law lives at Brookdale, and it’s wonderful. The community feels warm and comforting, like home. Everyone there, from the CNAs to the managers, is caring and attentive. They work hard to make everyone feel like family. The food looks great, and the place is always clean with beautiful plants and flowers. There are lots of activities that help with physical and mental health. They have word puzzles at breakfast, exercise classes, outings, and even a beauty salon. Brookdale has been a blessing for us, and we highly recommend it!

"Friendly and Helpful Staff at Assisted Living Facility!"
I went with my mom to check out this place, and I liked it. The people there were on time for our tour and they answered all our questions really well. They seemed like they knew what they were doing and were ready to help us with anything. But we decided it wasn't the right place for us in the end.

"Issues With Theft and Helpfulness, Lackluster Food"
Some stuff has been stolen at this place, and even though they're working on fixing this problem, it's still a bit shaky. Most of the people working here are good, but there are some who aren't really doing their job right. My mom doesn't like the food here, says it doesn't have much taste. To be honest, I wouldn't tell anyone to move here at the moment.

"Mixed feelings about this retirement home"
This retirement home doesn't have any activities. The nurses are excellent and always take care of my parent's needs. I know they are safe. Some of the other workers need to act more professional. They're not spending as much on food and there isn't a lot of variety anymore. Check it out before you decide to move in here.

"Better care and attention than before!"
We are really happy with everything. She is getting better care and more personal attention from the staff here than she did in Wenatchee at Columbia Heights.

"Not fond of entertainment or food, but folks are nice"
The fun stuff here's kinda lame, and the meals aren't that great. I don't think the food is enough considering the money we give. It'd be cool to have some decent bands and good singers perform. My living space is fine, and the folks here are pretty friendly. I'm not a fan of the extra charges, it does get pricey.

"Mom is thriving here!"
My mom could barely walk when she arrived, but now she is doing great! She walks well, takes her pills, feels better, and has even gained weight! The staff encourages her to stay active and takes great care of her.

"Mom's Very Happy Here"
My mother has lived here for over a year and really loves it. She told me that since she can't live alone, this is the place she’d rather be. The staff is very warm, cheerful, and friendly, and the nursing and medication team is very attentive. Mom enjoys the food (I think it's just okay), and she’s gained some much-needed weight. She’s also improved physically thanks to occupational therapy and activities. The staff keeps her very involved in things to do. I do wish there was a little more variety in the activities, but since Mom is happy with them, I’m happy too!

"Good overall experience despite small move-in issue"
Although there was a small issue yesterday (we moved Mom in, but they hadn’t contacted Denver Hospice, so we had to take her back home), overall, it’s been a very good experience.

"Clean Facility, Small Rooms and Mandatory In-House Pharmacy"
Good and tidy assisted living home, but the rooms are tiny. They're about 200 square feet smaller than other equivalent priced residences. You're also required to use their in-house pharmacy.

"Clean, friendly, small rooms, moderate cost, not skilled nursing."
This place is really clean and the people are nice. The rooms are kinda small, like 320 square feet small. You gotta live here for a year before you can start using your money. It’s not a place for people who need serious medical help. It’s medium expensive.

"Skilled care nearby, homey feel, and lots of activities."
There is a skilled care facility nearby for future needs. It feels very homey since it's all on one level. There are lots of activities to enjoy.
