"Convenient Location and Responsive Staff at Montage Hills Assisted Living"

We picked Montage Hills because it’s close by and costs less. All the staff have been quick to help us. Food options are a bit limited.

"Inconsistent Care and Unpleasant Experience at Assisted Living Facility"

The rooms are just okay, and the nurses are nice. But the care overall isn't reliable. My mom didn't always get help brushing her teeth, and spills sometimes stuck around for a whole day. She was supposed to get a supplement with each meal, but if I didn't ask, she didn't get it. The food was terrible, with big piles of mystery meat and lumpy potatoes. When I complained, the dietician brushed it off by saying they had good reviews. The biggest issue is the director. He was rude and defensive when I asked questions about my mom's care. He never addressed my concerns and instead kept calling me "Ma'am" and telling me we needed to agree. He even said I shouldn't give my opinions because I'm not a nurse, even though I was worried my mom was dehydrated and needed fluids. He even threatened to limit my visits.

"Supportive and Responsive Assisted Living with Minor Room for Improvement"

They've been really good. There were a few small things we noticed. Like, we wish they'd keep his bathroom cleaner. But overall, it's been really good. They were really patient and helpful when he first moved in. The staff is still there for us and quick to respond. We don't need as much help now, but if we do, they're always ready to assist. The food is good. He's starting to like the activities and enjoys what he joins. They're good at encouraging him to take part.

"Affordable, Clean, and Caring Assisted Living Facility with Great Staff"

This place is really nice and clean, and the people who work there are good. It costs a lot less than Lincoln Meadows, which is a big deal. The starting price is crucial because I think my mom might need more help soon. Those extra expenses can pile up fast!
