"“Mixed Experience at Novellus Cherry Creek Assisted Living”"

The staff at Novellus Cherry Creek is always friendly and warm. The housekeepers do a great job, and my parents’ room gets cleaned weekly. They also take care of the trash. However, communication with the family has been inconsistent. I hope this improves now that there’s a new Director. The move-in experience was excellent, and the medical care has been great. The meals are just okay. The kitchen was being renovated, which affected the food they served. There’s been a lot of turnover among kitchen staff. Overall, I’d recommend this facility to others. Despite some issues due to a lack of leadership during the search for a new Director, my parents get to stay together in a clean, nice facility and are treated with respect.

"Great care and value, but location was a bit far"

We visited this clean assisted living community. The meals looked tasty and warm, and the activities were enjoyable. It seemed like a good place for care and offered good value. However, we wanted a location closer for family visits. We would recommend this community to other families for its care and value.

"Mom's Happy and Well-Cared For"

My mom is doing well at this place. The staff are really nice and helpful. She's made friends already. The food is okay, and she enjoys joining in activities. The place is clean, and they have nice grounds. I like that it's not too big, and the staff know everyone who lives there.

"Brookdale Highline"

The Brookdale Highline was a nice place, but it didn't have enough care for my dad. I wished there were more nurses. The staff and tour guide were friendly.

"Convenient Location and Caring Staff, Improving Communication Needed"

The people at Brookdale Highland take great care of my mom. They offer lots of activities, though she hasn't joined any yet. What I like most is how close it is to my house, so I can get there quickly if needed. I wish they'd communicate more with me and provide more follow-ups.

"Room Size Deception: Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living"

We were kind of let down because the room we saw before my mom moved in was bigger than the one she got. We feel like we were tricked. Sadly, there aren't many choices for assisted living nearby. Mom hasn't said anything bad about the food. She enjoys joining in activities and she's fond of the staff. I'm uncertain if I'd suggest this place to others.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"

This place needs a makeover badly. But the staff is nice and caring. They treated my mom well. Just don't use A Place for Mom. They only give addresses and share your info. No customer service provided.
