"Positive Experience at Brookdale Longmont Assisted Living"
She loved her cozy room and enjoyed the staff and other residents. Mom often praised the delicious food. One night, she had an emergency, and the staff quickly got her medical help. Overall, our experience at Brookdale Longmont was great, and we would suggest it to others.

"Great care, clean facilities, and friendly staff good value overall"
We’ve been really impressed with how clean the place is, how friendly the staff are, and the quality of care provided. Whenever we visit, even though we live far away, the meals look good and our loved one hasn’t had any complaints. For the care our loved one gets, the cost seems very reasonable. We don’t have another place to compare it to, but it feels like a good deal.

"Small Rooms, Clean Community"
Our family visited Brookdale for an in-person tour. The community looks nice and is well-maintained. We didn't interact much with the staff, but our loved one found the room sizes too small, almost like living in a box.

"Convenient and Pleasant Assisted Living Facility"
This assisted living facility is pleasant and conveniently located. The three-story building features a courtyard in the middle and offers numerous activities for residents. Additionally, there's a designated Respite care room on the second floor, and it's close to shopping for those who can walk there.

When I visited, this community appeared well-maintained. The people I met were friendly, and they offer many nice amenities. However, they don't accept Medicaid.

"A Great Place for Mom"
My mom is settling in well and feels happy here. My sister and brother visit often and take her out. They say all the staff are nice when they come. My mom loves the food and enjoys eating her meals like a restaurant, sitting with the same people. This place is close to my siblings, and we chose it because it’s a smaller community. We thought she would feel more comfortable here. We haven’t had any problems so far.

"Great care and activities!"
I'm really happy with this community. The staff pays attention to her needs. The menu is okay but could use some small improvements. They have many different activities for her to stay active, and she enjoys them. We would recommend this community's care to other families.

"Nice Building, But Could Be More Exciting"
This place was kinda tame for my mom. I chatted with 3 folks living here, and they didn't seem very enthusiastic about the place. They claimed it was just alright. The building itself was extremely good though.

"Brookdale Care: A Serious Letdown"
My dad needed to stay for two weeks because I'd be out of the country. They evaluated him and determined he could stay in the regular living area, no need for the dementia ward. After just three days, however, my dad wandered off and fell. They took him back and moved him to the dementia facility in Loveland. He spent a single day there before a cabinet tipped over on him. They then transferred him to a Boulder rehab place. When I left, he was in good health, but he was unrecognizable when I returned. Brookdale was a serious letdown.

"Great care and clean environment!"
They took care of all my husband's needs. The nurses were great at making him comfortable. The facility was clean and had no bad smells. Everyone was friendly, and the other residents looked happy. My husband didn’t join in the activities, so I can’t rate them. I recommend Sterling House of Longmont. It was a wonderful experience, and everything went well with no problems.

"Poor staff communication and mismanaged patient care at facility"
The living place was neat and cozy. But we experienced issues with the workers in figuring out the amount of help my mom required. She ended up being alone in a room that was quite a distance from the eating area and social activities. When we had to take her to the hospital for treatment and rehabilitation, the staff blamed us, claiming that our refusal to pay resulted in her not getting the required assistance. We were never alerted that she needed more assistance. And they're supposedly experts.

"They provide great, personalized care in a homey setting!"
They provide personalized care. After being in a big place, this smaller community feels just right! The staff is sweet and caring. It’s clean, with no chemical smells—nothing is hidden. The atmosphere is simple and homey. We are very happy here!

"I Know He Is Happy and Cared For"
I don't think their housekeeping is the best. It feels like nobody is really in charge of it. But when it comes to making my husband happy, keeping him engaged, and caring for him physically, they do a great job. He loves living there! It is a bit pricey, but not as expensive as other places I looked at. I understand why they have to charge that much. My husband was in a nursing home before, and he was getting sad and too dependent. Now at Sterling House, he seems much happier. It feels like the answer to my prayers. I can truly relax knowing he is well cared for.
