I chose this community because of its size, staff, courtyard, and overall atmosphere. At first, the food was amazing, but after they lost their chef, it hasn't been as good. However, I believe they can improve. Overall, they are doing well. I would suggest it to other families.

Brookfield Loveland is a warm and cozy place. The people who live here feel like family, and the staff cares for everyone like family too. I've heard many good things about the food and how the staff treats everyone.

I had an amazing tour! Everyone was so friendly and full of energy. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The suites were very clean and well-maintained. After visiting a few places, I decided to reserve a suite here for my uncle.

"Great care for Dad!"
My father is doing great since moving to Brookdale. The place is very clean, and the food is good. He says he gets enough to eat. There are many activities, and my father loves to play the piano. He is very active and outgoing. I think this has been a positive experience for him.

"Decent Living, but More Youthful Energy Needed!"
The people who work here are alright and they look after me well. The meals are usually decent. I would suggest this place to someone if I knew what they needed it for. What bothers me is that a lot of people are much older than me. They have things to do and sometimes even trips out, but could surely offer more fun things outdoors.

The staff are really nice here. But, the rooms are super tiny, and they're really, really dark. If you're okay with living in a small space, the price is pretty good.

"From "skeptical" to confident and happy"
We were worried about Assisted Living, but Mom needed full-time help because of her speech, balance, and memory problems after a stroke 15 years ago. During our tour of Brookdale North Loveland, we felt more and more comfortable. Megan, the Executive Director, was so friendly that we felt like family. Mom moved in three weeks ago and is doing great! The staff take care of her and the other residents with respect. Being around others has brought out her social side again, and she’s always smiling. We know she’s safe, cared for, and happy. Thanks to everyone at Brookdale North Loveland!

"Impressive Place for Mom's Needs"
Brookdale North Loveland has been amazing for my Mom. She eats most meals and joins activities, even making friends. Though we're dealing with billing issues, not their fault, I'd still recommend it.

"Brookdale North: the best facility, the best people!"
My experience at Brookdale North Loveland was amazing. It was the best choice my family and I could make for my mom. Amanda was incredibly helpful; since this was our first place to check out, she shared not only the great things about Brookdale but also what we needed to know about finding an assisted living facility. She helped us understand what to expect as we helped Mom transition and even suggested looking at other places to be fair in our decision. We did our research, and in the end, our first visit was the best! Mom's time at Brookdale has proven our choice was right: her home and the staff are wonderful! If you want a caring and welcoming place that feels like home, talk to Amanda at Brookdale right away.

We recently stayed for a short respite. There was a significant ant issue in spring. Some staff were excellent, while others were less so. The food was really good, and overall, it's a pleasant place.

I am very happy with this place. My mom is happy and doing great. The staff are kind and really care about the elderly. The facility is very clean and has some activities. Overall, I am pleased with the Sterling House of Loveland and wouldn’t choose anywhere else.

The place is clean, and I don’t know how often they clean, but it looks good. The staff is always super friendly. They have lots of activities, like a group of little girls who came in to dance. My loved one enjoys it here and thinks the price is worth it, so it’s been a great experience!

Sterling House was recommended to me by both professionals and friends, and I was very happy with their service. The care was excellent, and the staff did a great job keeping me informed about how to meet my mom’s increasing needs with their different levels of care. Misty Ackerman, in particular, was wonderful and always helpful.

We are really happy with Sterling House. Our loved one enjoys living here. We’re glad we chose this community because it’s smaller and offers more chances to socialize. The staff and residents are super friendly, and everyone seems really happy. The place is beautiful, with a nice courtyard for sitting and relaxing. Everything has been going well. We would recommend this place to anyone.

"Assisted Living with Care Levels, Pet-Friendly, Clean Environment"
This place has different levels of care depending on what each person needs. They check on residents regularly to see how they're doing. If you get a studio apartment, the price includes things like laundry, cable, and three meals a day. You can bring a pet with you, but you have to pay a fee that you can't get back, and there's a special area for pets to go outside. They don't have dancing here. The food was good, the place was clean, and the staff were really nice. There's a lot of walking to do, but everything is on one floor.
