"Assisted Living Facility Review: Needs Improvement in Several Areas"
The staff here are all nice, helpful, and friendly. But they should make the food better and more consistent. Also, they promised snacks in the break room but haven't delivered. The building and grounds are old and need more maintenance and cleaning to look better.

"Mixed feelings about assisted living; value okay, room for improvement."
The price is okay, but they need to check on my loved one more often and do things better. My loved one doesn't like the food much, but at least they've made friends. I might tell other families about it.

"Great Assisted Living Facility with a Waiting List Fee"
I visited the assisted living facility and really liked it. It seemed bigger and newer compared to [facility removed]. They require a $500 waiting list fee.

"Adjusting Well, Some Food Ups and Downs, Friendly Staff, Clean Community"
My mother-in-law is still getting used to being here. She's starting to make friends and trying out some activities, so we're hopeful that'll make things better for her. The food seems alright, though it's hit or miss for her. The staff is really nice and always ready to help. Plus, the place is kept clean, which is great.

"Great place, very welcoming!"
I’m really happy we chose this place. My mother-in-law is safe here, and it eases our worries. The staff is caring, and the administration welcomes both good and bad feedback, keeping us informed about updates and improvements. One area that needs work is the dining room service, as it’s quite slow for residents to get their food. They have a beauty salon, which my mother-in-law will use, and she enjoys the book mobile. The rooms are spacious and updated, and you can make changes if you want. Overall, the community is warm and inviting, making you feel welcome.

"Friendly Staff and Great Activities!"
I am very happy with how this community has treated my loved one. The front desk receptionist, Kylie, and the aides, Sam and Ada, are especially helpful. The staff have done a great job encouraging my aunt to join in many activities and interact with other residents. She has made many friends and really enjoys their company. The only thing that could be better is the food.

"Avoid Caley Ridge: Looks Deceive, Performance Disappoints"
I recently decided to move my family member out of this place, and here's why: 1. The food was just awful. They gave sandwiches for dinner every day, and all the meals were always cold. Meat dishes were overcooked and hard to chew. 2. The place looks clean and smells fine at first. But over time, you can smell urine, and the furniture stinks pretty bad. They try to hide it with potpourri and air fresheners. 3. The staff is mostly nice and caring, but they have a problem with people quitting, so there aren't enough staff members. For example, my relative had to wait for meals for more than an hour several times in the dining hall. The showers they promised were rare, and they never fixed any problems. 4. They said they hired a nurse recently, but she was never around. 5. As for activities, there weren't many. Same old boring stuff every week. Sure, nobody expects perfection, but if you have options, I'd stay away from Caley Ridge. We were there for two years, and things only got worse, despite what they promised. It looks good, but remember, not everything that shines is valuable!

"Convenient, Friendly, and Clean Assisted Living"
I like that it's close to my home, so I can keep an eye on my mother-in-law. I did a lot of research and narrowed it down to three places. We toured the properties and interviewed the staff. I like that they helped us switch to Medicare. The other places did not. Everyone here is very open and friendly, and the place is super clean. The only problem we had was with paperwork when contacting her doctor when we first moved in. It got fixed, but it took a couple of tries.

"Convenient Location and Medicare Benefits at Immaculate Assisted Living"
I really like this place because it's close to my home, which means I can easily check on my mother-in-law. I did some research and visited three different places, and this one stood out to me. The staff here are very friendly and open, and the facility is super clean. One thing that really sets this place apart is that they help with spending down to Medicare, which the other places didn't offer. However, we did have a little trouble with paperwork when we first moved in, especially with getting in touch with her doctor. It took a couple of tries, but they eventually sorted it out. Overall, though, we're quite happy with our experience here.

"Great care, friendly staff, and improved food!"
Everything's been awesome! The staff are super friendly, and the place is squeaky clean no smells! They take great care of my loved one. Even when they're busy, they respond quickly. They've called to check on her too. The activities are good for residents, but I'd love to see a church service. Local pastors could rotate in it'd mean a lot during tough times. Caley Ridge's price is fair, even compared to others. And they accept Medicaid once finances run out. My loved one has a nice room, and no room changes or roommates when Medicaid kicks in. No segregation either. Overall, we're thrilled! Staff, residents everyone's friendly. Plus, the new chef's making the food even better! Now I can sleep without worrying about my loved one!

"Bedbugs ignored, shower curtain left unhung at care facility"
I'm really upset. I was told my client was acting badly. I went right over to check what was going on. Her room was crawling with bedbugs. No surprise she was upset, living with that. I can't understand how caretakers and cleaners didn't see this or do something. My client had to put up with a two-week cleanup. In that time her shower curtain was left on the floor. I asked them to hang it up for her, but almost two weeks later, it was still there. My client hadn't showered all that time. I should have said my client has dementia. What about the care this place promises? She's moving out fast.

"Ideal for Mom and Dad: 24-Hour Assistance, Meals, and More"
This place seems like a good option for Mom and Dad. They can stay together and get help from staff around the clock. They provide meals and laundry services, plus they have facilities if you want to do your own laundry. They also offer assistance with personal care. It's a little farther from the office compared to Heather Gardens.

I really like Caley Ridge because it's super close to where I live, and they accept Medicaid! The staff is very friendly, and both times I visited, there were sing-alongs in the main lobby. The residents seem really happy here. Right now, it's one of my top 3 choices!
