"Positive Tour at Grand Villa"
We visited Grand Villa, which is an older and somewhat worn-down facility. However, the tour experience was positive.

"Well-maintained but concerns with room layout"
I had a very informative tour. The place looks well-kept. But, I don't like that you have to pass through another resident's space to get to the back room. I am also checking out the Retreat facilities. I'm contacting Social Services to start the process for Medicaid supplement. Thanks for your time. I will let you know what I decide in a week or two.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
The place seemed old and small, not much room to hang out besides your own room. A person named helped us a lot and was really nice. The one-bedroom apartment was okay, but it wasn't exactly what my mom would prefer.

"Great care and activities, but meals need improvement"
The staff here is really caring, professional, and quick to help. There are lots of activities that are well-planned. My mom always gets the help she needs, and she often says how happy she is that we chose Grand Villa for her. However, the meals aren’t very exciting and are mostly carbs and starches. For the cost, I expected more tasty and nutritious food.

"Facility with Friendly Staff, Small Apartments and Minimal Storage Issues"
The assisted living facility was really nice and tidy! The staff were very friendly, and everything looked new. However, the apartments were super small with no storage space at all. The meal plan was basic, and the living spaces were really cramped.

I visited Grand Villa when searching for a place for my dad. The community seemed nice, but it didn't quite fit for him. We ended up choosing a different place.

"Great care and community for seniors"
I am very happy to see my mom happy in this community. We like that they keep the place clean and well-kept. The staff is very caring and respectful to her needs. My mom likes the meals, but she wants more variety. They offer a lot of activities, and she stays active. I would recommend this community to other families because they provide good care and value for a loved one.

"Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, and good activities, but food needs improvement"
The staff is friendly and respectful to everyone. They quickly handle any concerns I’ve had. The Activities Director is amazing! Outside, the grounds are kept beautifully. The food could use some improvement.

I've been living at Grand Villa for three years now, and I'm really happy here. I love how spacious my apartment is and that I can have friends stay overnight. The staff here are wonderful. The activity director is amazing—truly one of a kind! Everyone else on staff has been really nice and helpful to me.
