Inn at Greenwood Village

"Inconsistent care; staff turnover; potential safety concerns; some caring staff."
I suggest looking at other places. The management changed. My family member isn't being moved correctly, causing injuries and hospitalization. They're not keeping their promises about care. My family member hasn't been bathed for months. If I lived far away, I'd worry. Some staff seem to care, which is good. It's a small community, so they know the residents individually.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short, Despite Some Positives"
The Inn had some nice caregivers and fun activities. Staff recognized Dad. However, many medication errors occurred. We had to watch closely to make sure Dad got the right meds at the right times. They gave him a sleepy drug in the morning against the doctor's orders. Also, they didn't help Dad with his sleep apnea machine as promised. We found out they were lying through a nanny cam. This caused a lot of problems and disagreements with the facility's management and caregivers.

"Aging Parents Thrive at the Village"
The Village is a good place for aging parents. They feel secure, comfortable, and their basic needs are met. Extra activities are available, and the staff tries to be creative. While experienced care providers could have more skills, finding and retaining skilled caregivers is difficult. The three square meals provided are average in quality, but the friendly staff can generally be depended on. I would choose the Village again for my parent.

"Amazing facility with helpful staff!"
This facility is really great, and the people who helped us were wonderful. It was my top choice until we decided to move to Kansas City. The tour and presentation were thorough and really informative. Thank you!

"Highly recommend this clean and friendly place!"
Out of all the places I’ve seen, this one felt the best. I decided to move here and I’m getting used to it well. The staff talks with you and helps if you have questions. The facility is very clean and efficient, with many services offered. They have almost everything you need. They provide full meal service, and the food is good. I would recommend this place to other families.

"Average Assisted Living Facility with Friendly Staff and Nice Scenery"
This place isn't too big, with just 67 apartments. More than half of them are for assisted living. The dining area gets pretty packed, and the lunch wasn't anything special. The apartments are okay, nothing great. But the staff, they're really nice to folks. There's also lots of activities to do. The building is really cheerful and the outside is really pretty.

The staff was really nice and helpful. A while back, when I was searching for a place for my loved one, I visited there first. The community is clean and cozy, like a home. They answered all my questions. I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

"Amazing Care and Beautiful Facility for Mom"
My mom lived at The Inn@GWV for over a year, and she loved it. We were so happy with the care she got and enjoyed all the employees. From the minute we walked in, we knew this was the right place for her. Tracy and the staff are amazing. The facility is beautiful, always clean, and very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend The Inn@GWV and am so glad my mom spent her last year in such a wonderful place.

"Great Assisted Living Choice!"
The Inn at Greenwood is a wonderful place to visit and recommend. Smiles greet you at the front door, and the friendly staff are always there to assist. Residents can enjoy activities to stay active and fit. Located in a perfect spot in the DTC area, it's both off the beaten path and conveniently close to everything you need. The beautiful grounds feature flowering plants. If you're searching for a new home or a place for your loved ones, you've found a great option. - Shaun Stone

"Mixed feelings about Inn at Greenwood Village!"
My mom's getting used to her life at Inn at Greenwood Village. We've faced a few hiccups since she moved in, but we're staying hopeful that things will get better. The food could use some improvement. Half the staff is great, but the other half needs to step it up. The place is kept really clean and looks nice. Plus, they have plenty of fun activities for everyone living there.

"My mother is doing well here at this community."
My mother is doing well here at this community. It is well-kept, and they do a good job cleaning. The staff is nice, but they are short-staffed sometimes. There are many activities for the residents. The food is just okay, and she isn't very happy with it. I feel good about the care she is getting. Overall, everything has worked out well.

"Not Ideal, Yet We're Managing Fine"
This place gives options for Independent and Assisted Living, but there are more people needing serious help. The workers could react quicker to those needing help - their 15 minute time frame sometimes feels too long. Plus, they just walk into the residents' rooms without knocking which can upset some people. They don't do a lot of activities, and it'd be cool to see more vacation trips since most things happen indoors. The food's okay and gives some choices. While it's not flawless, I feel okay about my family member's wellbeing and this situation is manageable for us.

"Nice staff and good value for the price!"
We're really happy with this community! I don’t have any complaints. Sometimes, it takes 10-15 minutes for them to answer when she presses the buzzer, but there are a lot of residents. I haven’t eaten the food myself, but I’ve heard it’s good. My loved one always says how nice the staff is. Also, the rooms are bigger and priced better than other places, so it's a great value. Very satisfied!

"A Warm and Welcoming Home for Your Loved Ones"
When I walked into The Inn at Greenwood Village, I was pleasantly surprised. It had a cozy and friendly feel, and the smell of freshly baked cookies was wonderful. The staff was very welcoming, answered all my questions, and gave me extra information to look over. During the tour, I noticed that the atmosphere was calm and happy. Residents were chatting, playing games, greeting the staff with smiles, and hanging out on the back patio. The bistro was always open with snacks, fruit, coffee, cocoa, chai tea, lemonade, and more for residents to enjoy. They even bake homemade cookies in the afternoon. The activity calendars were posted everywhere, showing lots of fun things to do each day if anyone wanted to join in. When I left, I felt sure that my mom would love living at The Inn at Greenwood Village and would make it her new home away from home.

"Cozy assisted living, great location, pricey. Parents on waitlist."
The place was really nice, not too big, and it's in a good spot. They let my parents give it a shot for a month, which I thought was cool. The only downside is that it's pretty expensive. Right now, my parents are waiting to move in.

"Nice But Costly Facility, Shared Rooms Unlikely for Dad"
This place is really nice, but it costs a lot. We looked at the 2-bedroom option for sharing, but I don't think my dad would like it. It did feel welcoming and friendly though.

"Friendly manager, happy residents, small community."
Visited the assisted living community and talked to the friendly manager. The residents looked happy, and the place smelled nice. However, it might not be the right fit for my loved one due to the lack of mountain views and the higher cost. Still, the small community is very nice.

"1-Bedroom Main Floor Apartment"
They had a 1-bedroom apartment on the first floor that I really liked, but unfortunately, there's no view. I requested to be added to the waitlist for the same unit on a higher floor.
