"Paid Lots, Yet they Didn't Inform About Emergency Hospitalization"
My dad's been living there since 2014. It's generally a good place with nice people and lots of fun stuff to do. But I'm really upset that they didn't tell me when my dad had to go to the hospital. I only found out when his nurse called me. I'm paying quite a lot for him to live there, so I thought they'd at least tell me if there was a serious health issue. Really let down that this was how things turned out.

"Amazing care options for seniors in a great community"
This place is amazing with different care options for seniors. I wish my aunt could live here, but she will stay in New Jersey.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Food"
My mother-in-law is really enjoying her time at this place. She's having a great time participating in all the activities they have here. However, she doesn't like going off the premises for activities. She enjoys chatting with the other residents. The staff here is super nice and always ready to help. But, my mother-in-law doesn't like the food much. She says it's not hot and tends to be tough when served. We've told the administration about it, so hopefully, they'll improve it soon.

"Comfortable Assisted Living, A Bit Large, Friendly Staff, Great Amenities"
My visit to the community was pretty good. It was a bit bigger than what my family member wanted, but the folks we talked to on the tour were friendly. They have cool stuff to do there, like watching movies and working out in the fitness center.

"Mom is happy here!"
The caregivers are great, and my mom likes the staff. The food is good, and the place is clean. They have daily activities too. The community is about six years old, and the only small problem I see is that it can get a little warm sometimes. I would recommend this place.

My family really liked this place for our loved one. The community was clean and well-kept. The menu looked good. The activities seemed like they would be really helpful. We liked the list of fun things to do. We would recommend this place for the care and comfort of family members.

"Keystone is a wonderful place to be!"
I've tasted the food at Keystone and it's really good. The staff are super friendly. They know my dad's name and all the families too. They're always asking how they can help us. They have lots of activities to do. The place is beautiful and well-kept.

"Top Pick: Spacious Rooms and Convenient Location"
We checked out about ten or eleven places. This one was in our top two choices, mostly because of where it is and if they had room for us. It's a pretty nice place, and the rooms are big, which we really liked.

"Avoid Keystone: Bad Management and Unkind Staff"
Keystone might look nice, but it's run terribly. They never have enough staff and the people who do work there aren't nice at all.

"Small Assisted Living, Beautiful Mountain Views"
Both sides have nice apartments, but the smallest assisted living units were quite small. Independent living meal times were limited, and transportation mostly catered to groups. The mountain views, though, were beautiful.

"Great facilities, but too expensive and no Medicaid."
The facilities are great, but it’s out of my price range and doesn’t accept Medicaid.

"Long Wait List"
his place is just beautiful. The people were super friendly and helpful during the tour. I would have loved living here! Unfortunately, they had a long wait list, and we couldn’t wait to move my grandma.

"Best Option for Both Independent and Assisted Living Needs"
This place was my favorite among the ones I checked out. It felt like it was in the right spot, and it fit our budget. I especially appreciated that it offered both independent living and assisted living. The idea of having different care options available was really appealing.

"Assisted Living Falls Short on Promises"
I didn't like it. The place looked nice and new, but my 93-year-old mom would have to walk a long way to join any activities. There weren't many people around, so she'd be stuck in her apartment. As for my dad, the memory care area wasn't what they promised. The outdoor space was just a small sidewalk with a chair. During our tour, they showed a movie, but the screen was so dark I couldn't see it. Everyone watched it quietly.

"Not Quite as Advertised"
I didn't like it much. It looked nice and new, but my mom is 93 and the assisted living was very lonely. The activities were too far for her to join easily. There weren't many people around. She would have stayed in her room all the time. As for my dad, the memory care wasn't like they said. They promised a great outdoor area, but it was just a small sidewalk and a chair. When we visited, they were watching a movie, but the screen was so dark I couldn't see it. They just sat there quietly, staring at a black TV.

"Great place with friendly staff and nice apartments for mom"
When we picked a place for my mom, the nice look and the full kitchen in the apartments at Keystone Place were important to us. Since my mom is in independent living and doesn’t need a lot of care, I’d rate their food and cleaning services at four stars. She has a nice outdoor patio, and moving from her long-time home to this apartment was easier because Keystone Place is so pleasant. We didn’t mind paying a bit more for a newer and nicer place. My mom liked Keystone Place right away, which really convinced us it was the right choice. The food is better than other places we visited, though my mom has a few small complaints. She hasn’t complained about anything else there. The residents are friendly, and the staff, including Kathy Smith and others, are very nice and clear about what to expect. I feel confident they will let me know if my mom is having any trouble adjusting. Overall, everything has been great so far!

"Keystone's so pretty"
When we picked a place for Mom, Keystone Place stood out because of its beautiful apartments with full kitchens. Mom lives independently, so she doesn't need much care, but the food and cleaning services get a thumbs up. The transition from her lifelong home to an apartment was smoother because Keystone Place is so nice. We didn't mind paying extra for this newer, nicer facility. Mom loved it right away, especially the tasty food. The people—residents and staff—are all lovely. Kathy Smith and the team communicate well. I trust they'll reach out if Mom needs extra support. So far, everything's been great!

"VERY EXCITING! Medicaid accepted without waiting!!"
This is so exciting! If everything works out, this could be the place. They accept Medicaid without any waiting period! This nonprofit organization takes care of all the residents' needs. Medicaid would take Mom's Social Security, and in return, they'd cover the rest of the cost. She’d get about $100 for spending money. They allow dogs, and they’ll try to get her on the first floor. At least the dog can visit! I called her right after. She said her niece lives in the same town, and they’ll try to visit this weekend. We’re officially on the list!
