"Great Staff and Good Experience"
I've been here for over four years, and I really like it. The concierge is fantastic, and the team works hard to help. It's been a good experience, but we could use more transportation options.

"Short-Staffed Assisted Living with Great Location and Quality"
This place is great, but they don't have enough staff. I picked it because of the location and quality. The food isn't always warm due to understaffing in the kitchen.

"Needs Improvement at Legacy Village"
My mom isn't really happy with the care at Legacy Village. They don't have enough workers, but the ones there are super nice and try hard. It's tough because of Covid and not enough staff, which is a problem all over, I guess. Before, when my mom lived on her own with a little help, she got better care. At Legacy Village, they don't offer enough rides to the doctor (they only have rides two days a week and they're always full). There aren't enough nurses for bandaging, or physical therapy staff for her to get better. My mom has to get her own physical therapist and massage person, plus use Uber to go places. And she has to pay for all that herself, even though she's already paying to live at Legacy Village. She's not a fan of the food either. She really regrets moving there.

"Great staff and support through tough times like the pandemic"
We've been really happy with it so far. The staff is friendly and makes us feel welcome. We've had good experiences with the front desk, and they seem to handle tough times, like the pandemic, really well.

"Meals Need Improvement at Legacy Assisted Living"
Living at Legacy feels like home in a group setting. The staff and fellow residents are friendly and helpful. Despite the challenges posed by COVID, the director and staff have done an excellent job keeping everyone safe and informed. However, the meals need improvement in consistency and quality.
