"Great place for Mom!"
My mom lives here and I'm really grateful! The rooms are arranged perfectly. I'm happy she has a little kitchen and living area beside her bedroom. The staff is really nice, and she's made some good friends. They have fun things to do and they go places too. The best part for me is feeling calm. I like the nurse here and the doctor too. They always tell me how my mom is doing.

"Good Place, Needs Better Food"
This place is pretty good and clean, and the people who work here are nice. We haven't had to use the nurse's help yet. But, they should make the food and where we eat better.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short of Expectations"
I chose this place because the person selling it promised things I really cared about. But once we moved in, they didn't live up to those promises. It made me feel really let down and upset. But I couldn't move my mom again.

"Caring Facility Falls Short"
The nurse wasn't friendly. The management should've been honest about being short-staffed. When I returned from my trip, I arranged for my loved one to move to Broomfield. Unfortunately, the nurse there was unprepared and annoyed. The room we originally signed for wasn't available. Within the first week, we had a meeting about poor care. My loved one, who is diabetic and had strokes, wasn't even gotten up by 11 am. He sat in wet briefs with unopened breakfast out of reach. Another night, he slept on a soiled mattress. Despite planning to bring him home, he got a UTI infection and ended up in the hospital and rehab. Other residents faced similar issues. The beautiful facility had good staff, but management prioritized business over residents. I lost my husband since then.

"Awful Care Forces Consideration of Legal Action"
They didn't look after him properly, there's a whole lot of stuff I could share with you but I just don't have the time at the moment. Terrible experience dealing with them, truthfully, I should probably even get a lawyer for my late uncle.

"Beautiful Place, Disappointing Experience"
I took my mom out of Legend at Broomfield after just a month. During that time, she fell three times and had to go to the ER twice for serious injuries. They couldn’t promise to take good care of her and keep a close eye on her. The place looks nice - we checked out a few options, and this seemed like the best fit. But moving her in turned out to be disappointing.

" "Avoid Legend: Poor Care, No Activities, Understaffed""
If you don't care about your folks, you could put them in this place. Legend won't pay attention to your parents, doesn't serve tasty food, and won't clean their apartment. They don't even offer activities in the memory care section. Legend's always understaffed. Neither the management nor the corporate offices will do anything to help. Please avoid this place. Look elsewhere for better options. Those 5 star reviews are probably from employees. My parent was neglected here. He's way happier since I moved him out.

"Assisted living fell short on promises; improving, but disconnected."
The assisted living place promised a lot but didn't deliver. They said they'd take residents to fun activities, but when it came down to it, they didn't always follow through. Even though the place wasn't far, they still wouldn't take her because of her schedule. They also said she could walk her dog in the courtyard, but then she wasn't allowed to. The activities have gotten better over time, and the nurses are great, but there's a disconnect with the staff. Overall, I don't feel very connected to the community or staff yet.

"Grandma's caretakers were great, but management lacked friendliness. Not recommended."
The people taking care of my grandma were really nice and helpful every day. But the bosses were not easy to talk to and they weren't friendly. My grandma fell down many times while she was there, and they didn't pay extra attention to her. She had to go to the hospital because of it. I don't think other families should choose Legend at Broomfield because of what happened with us.

"Lovely Place with Caring Staff and Tasty Food"
This place looks great and I think everyone is looked after really well. The people who work here are super nice and always ready to help, plus the meals seem yummy. I'd tell other people to check it out from what I've seen.
