"Everything's going smoothly at Life Quality Homes"
Things are going smoothly at Life Quality Homes. I don’t have any issues with the staff or the facility. Everything’s been positive, and we’re having a good experience here.

"Assisted Living Review: Compassionate Care Despite Loss"
In the first month my Aunt was there, she passed away. The staff cared for her well, trying their best to keep her comfortable and content. I believe it was simply her time to go.

"Great care in a cozy home setting for loved ones"
Life Quality Care Home was a really good option compared to bigger places. Even though my aunt passed away within the first five weeks there, I believe it was just her time. The workers took good care of her, made sure she felt at ease, and treated her with respect during her final days.

"Loving, Compassionate Care Transformed My Mother's Final Days"
I originally had my mom in a well-known memory care facility, and it was an absolute nightmare. Her doctor warned me that if I didn’t move her, she wouldn’t live much longer. That’s when I found Life Quality Homes and instantly fell in love with both the staff and the residents. The owner is truly a wonderful person who genuinely cares. He would always take the time to address any concerns or just chat, and it never felt fake like other places. My mom would often tell me how mean most of the staff was at the previous facility, but she had no complaints at Loma Linda. In fact, she began to thrive there and even gained weight! Family is welcome anytime, which was perfect for me since I visited my mom every day for a few hours. The staff at Life Quality Homes is incredible, and I’ll never forget the two employees who volunteered to help me with a fundraiser when my mom's funds were running low. It brought tears to my eyes. They loved my mom so much, and it was clear that they cared deeply about the residents. The head CNA was amazing—she always went out of her way to make my mom feel special, even asking if she wanted anything when she went to the grocery store. My mom was concerned for her because she was pregnant, and the CNA would avoid doing strenuous tasks in front of my mom to ease her anxiety. That level of care and compassion was something I’ll never forget. One day, while we were enjoying chocolate milkshakes together, my mom tripped and fell, breaking her hip. The staff was devastated, even though I assured them it wasn’t their fault. The head CNA visited my mom in the hospital every day, just as she did with other sick residents. After my mom’s surgery, she declined quickly, and I asked if I could bring her back to Loma Linda to spend her final days. The staff made all the arrangements, and I stayed by her side for five days. They allowed me to shower and sleep next to her, and on her last night, I held her until she passed away. The staff treated us like family and supported us every step of the way. The caregivers at Life Quality Homes are angels. They work incredibly hard and have the patience of saints. The owner, ensures that residents receive consistent care by scheduling caregivers for 24-hour shifts, which minimizes confusion. The facility only houses eight residents, with three caregivers during the day and two overnight. This is a huge improvement compared to my mom's previous facility, which had just one caregiver for 15 residents. Although my mom passed last year, I can’t recommend Life Quality Homes highly enough. The care they provided was exceptional, and I’m forever grateful for the love and compassion they showed my mom during her final days.

"Exceptional Care and Compassion at Life Quality Homes "
I originally had my mom at a famous memory care facility, which was a total nightmare. Her doctor warned me that if I didn’t move her, she wouldn’t live much longer. Then I found Life Quality Homes and instantly loved the staff and the residents. The owner is an amazing person who genuinely cares and is always available to talk or address any concerns. Unlike other places that put on a show to attract business, he’s real and down-to-earth. My mom had a tough time at the previous place, saying that most of the staff were mean, though there were a few she liked. But she had no complaints about the staff at Life Quality Homes. She started to improve and even gained weight. Family can visit anytime and stay as long as they want, which was perfect for me since I was there every day. I was worried because my mom only had enough money for about a year, and I feared she’d have to move to a government-funded nursing home where she wouldn’t get the personal care she needed. Two of the staff even volunteered to help me with a fundraiser to keep my mom there. They said, "We love Miss Shirley and never want to lose her. That meant so much to me. The head CNA was wonderful. She always asked my mom if she wanted anything special from the store. My mom worried about her working while pregnant, but the CNA made sure not to do too much heavy lifting in view of my mom. It was clear she cared deeply. One day, my mom had an accident and broke her hip. The head CNA was heartbroken, even though it wasn’t her fault. She visited my mom every day in the hospital and helped set up hospice care so my mom could spend her last days at Life Quality Homes. I stayed by my mom’s side for five days, and the staff were incredibly supportive, letting me use the shower and offering comfort. The caregivers work long shifts to provide consistent care, which makes a big difference compared to other places with less staff. Life Quality Homes has a total of 8 residents, with 3 caregivers present from 8 am to 5 pm, including the head CNA. At night, 2 caregivers stay over, compared to my mom’s previous facility, which had 1 caregiver for 15 residents. I can’t speak for the new staff since my mom passed away last June, but if they’re anything like the previous ones, they’re fantastic. I’m sure John wouldn’t have it any other way.

"A Caring Home That Feels Like Family Forever"
When a family emergency came up, I had to find a place for my dad to live, and I only had a weekend to do it. We had visited this facility a couple of years ago and liked the warm, family-like atmosphere, but we were still able to care for Dad at home then. When my mom, who was his main caregiver, had to stay in the hospital for a long time after emergency surgery, Doug really stepped up and made sure Dad had a place to call home. The staff, were amazing and kind. Dad loved them, and I felt comfortable with them right away. He has since passed away from lung cancer, but I will always be grateful for the time we spent at Life Quality Homes.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Assisted Living Feels Like Home"
I really liked this place right away. It feels just like a family home. The people here seem happy, the staff is super friendly, and I think it'll be great for Dad. His needs, since he's on hospice care now, don't need all the fancy extras from other places. Here, he'll be comfortable, clean, well-fed, and cared for with kindness, which is exactly what I want for him now.
