"Great Care and Friendly Staff"
The staff at Constant Care Woodburn are nice and the place is clean. They do a good job of keeping in touch with families. Moving in was pretty easy. The staff cook all the meals right there in the kitchen. The food seems good, but I haven't tasted it myself. Overall, it's been a very good experience. I would tell my family and friends about Constant Care Woodburn.

"Company Fails to Provide Adequate Living and Working Conditions"
I'm writing about the whole company here, they have a great plan but honestly, I wouldn't want anyone I care about living there. It seems like a nice home until you see what's really going on. They tell lies and make-believe tours are just a show, not how things actually are every day. The activity calendars they show off? They're never done because the company doesn't give the stuff needed to do the activities. The same goes for the meal plans - they don't give the food that your money's supposed to buy. Residents don't get their medicines cause they don't order them in time, which is so not cool. Despite trying their best, the workers don't matter much to the company and that can make for a not-so-nice work place. There are a few good boss-people who don't have a part in this, but most of them, including the man at the top, are real sneaky. Save yourself from their lies and don't get tricked by the show they put on.

"Steer Clear of This Facility's Deception"
This review is about the whole organization. The concept behind the company is stellar, but I wouldn't put any of my family in this facility. At first glance, it might appear like a nice, homely set-up, but once you see the truth of what's going on, it's anything but. They aren't straight with you; the tours they show potential clients are rehearsed and don't give a real day-to-day picture of the facility. The weekly activity schedule is nothing more than a prop; they don't carry them out properly because they don't have the needed resources to do the activities. It is the same story with their dining menu; they repeatedly cut corners on the food that your hard-earned money is supposed to cover. Essential medications are sometimes not available for the residents to take on time which is utterly irresponsible and unforgivable. The staff here are often treated poorly which, in turn, leads to a negative work atmosphere. Some of the managers are fantastic and don't take part in these "games", while others, the director included, have questionable practices. Protect yourself from their untruths and the false image they present. Don't be fooled by the front they put up at this facility.

"Comfortable Assisted Living with Experienced and Caring Staff"
This place is really nice. The living room is big, and the food is good. The people who take care of us are experienced and really nice to everyone who lives here. Everyone who lives here looks clean and really happy.
