From my personal experience, I wouldn't recommend this business for your family members. Just like another review mentioned, the tours they provide are all set-up and their true conditions aren't what they show you. Make sure to dig into this, folks. If you genuinely care for the people you're considering to place here, seek elsewhere. The prices are sky-high and they don't give enough attention to these individuals. Or, you could always just drop in without warning and see the place for yourself.

"Mom's Happy Home"
My mom loves it here The staff is awesome, and she enjoys the activities, especially crafts. The food is tasty with lots of choices. The place is clean, and she's well taken care of. I suggest it to other families

"Deceiving Practices and Neglect at Assisted Living Facility."
This review is about the entire organization. This company has a neat concept, but I would never put my family here. The place seems homey until you see the true colors. They deceive about reality, the visits are a farce and in no way represent the everyday life here. The event calendars are just for looks, they're never done because the company doesn't have the necessary materials. Same goes for the meal plans- the food you thought you paid for isn't even provided. Residents don't get medications on time, which is just not ok. The workers are undervalued, leading to a stingy work atmosphere. A few administrators are nice and decent people, but the higher-ups, including the director, are far from trustworthy. Spare yourself from the deception and don't be fooled by the act they put up here.

This is about the entire organization. The idea behind it is solid, but I'd never trust them with anyone I care about. Don't be fooled, it might seem like a home but when you peel back the curtain, it's not at all what it seems. They're not honest, the tours are a ploy and don't reflect everyday life in the facilities. The activity schedules are only for appearance, mostly because they don't even provide the necessary stuff to do them. Their meal plans are never followed since the food your cash pays for is never around. The seniors are often missing medications because no one is timely about ordering them, which is totally not okay. The workers aren't appreciated, making for a less positive atmosphere. Some of the higher-ups aren't bad and don't play a part in this, but others, particularly the director, aren't trustworthy. Avoid the lies and don't buy into the facade they put on at this place.
