"Really happy with their care and kindness"
I’ve been really happy with them. They take great care of my loved one. I like that it’s small and feels like home. It’s clean, and the staff are very kind. I have no complaints so far.

"Mixed Feelings: Limited Offerings but Close-Knit Community"
I thought about this place when I was looking for somewhere for my family member to live. I talked with them over the phone and found out they have two locations right next to each other. But, at least one doesn't allow wheelchairs. They also couldn't provide help from two people which we needed.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short in Care and Activities"
I thought they'd help my mom with her health needs, but they didn't. They promised supervision and activities, but didn't deliver. Mom's caregiver is leaving, and the new one isn't ready. They don't give her enough attention. Her oxygen tank's often empty. Now they say they can't care for her properly. They promised extra help if needed, but they didn't deliver. This place isn't good for anyone with real medical needs. And they don't have enough activities to keep people entertained.

"Promised Care at Crestview Not a Reality for Medical Needs"
The promises for my mom's care at this assisted living facility were very different from the reality. I was told that she would be carefully watched over, particularly for her needs with blood sugar testing and insulin shots. I was also promised that there would be fun activities for her. Unfortunately, none of this was true. I feel like they only told me what I wanted to hear to get me to sign up my Mom. She's been there for four months and they are barely beginning to offer weekly activities. Her main caregiver, who is amazing, is retiring soon and the other one got transferred. They're training a new person, but the supervision that my mom needs just isn't happening. For the past month, every time I visit, her oxygen tank is empty. The facility just informed me that they can't provide the care she needs and we need to move her. Initially, they said they would hire more help if needed, but that hasn't been the case. Crestview is definitely not for anyone who has serious medical requirements. It's also pretty poor in providing old folks with activities to keep their minds sharp.

"Room for Improvement in Care"
They don't have any fun things to do here. It seems like our loved one's health got worse, and we're not sure why. They were doing better at another place, but since coming here, they seem to be going backward. I've noticed every new health problem they've had. They're not giving enough care. It feels like they're not changing how they take care of them as quickly as they should. They're supposed to be getting someone to plan activities. They do have plans for what they need to start doing and when, but it's taking time. The staff is trying hard to adjust, but it's frustrating because they promised certain things that haven't happened yet. The caregivers do a lot, they're always busy, and they're really valuable.

"Lack of Activities at Assisted Living Concerns Families"
They don't have any fun things to do. It seems like our family member's health got worse, and we don't know why. They were getting better at another place, but here they're going backward. Every time they get sick, I'm the one who notices. They're not taking care of them enough. It feels like they're not changing their care fast enough when they need to. They're supposed to be getting someone to plan activities. They have plans for what they should do, but they're not doing them on time. The staff is trying hard to adjust, but it's frustrating because they promised things they haven't done yet. The caregivers are really busy, and they do a lot, they're really important.
