"Great Meals and Friendly Staff, But Attention Needs Improvement"
The staff is usually very attentive, but sometimes they aren't as focused as they should be. This might be because they're short-staffed, like many places today. I think they should plan for this and have more staff ready. Their meals are excellent, and the staff is always friendly and eager to help. They always listen to any concerns we have and work with us to fix any problems.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Clean, Happy Environment with Tasty Food"
Our mom enjoys living here. She likes the food and feels happy. We haven't checked other places' costs, so can't fully compare. I wish they'd clean her room better, but overall, it's clean and in a nice location.

"Unsatisfactory Experience with High Staff Turnover and Poor Management."
My family member has been staying here for over two years. We've finally had the last straw and moved them out. There have been 5 top bosses, 3 health chiefs, and not enough activity organizers — a job that mostly goes untaken. This place is great if your loved one enjoys watching videos all day! We were always told things would get better, yet all we saw was our bills going up. They've had a new boss since April 22nd. She's managed during 2 “lockdowns”. During these, the residents had to eat in their rooms and couldn’t do activities. There have been two of these lockdowns since April 22nd! The food took up to two hours to arrive... On a bright note, everyone got a coloring book. Seriously? Stay in your room for 5 days and you get a coloring book? Look at the official complaints about this place and please, do your research. I can't even list all the broken promises here. But, the director is always quick to give plenty of excuses! At least the food was pretty decent.

My mom picked Melody Living of Colorado Springs because she made friends during her tour, so we decided to choose them.

"Mixed Experience with Care at Assisted Living Facility"
The assisted living facility is nice and the staff are friendly, but there are some issues with how things are done. My mom has been there for a year, and in that time, there have been a lot of changes in staff. Three different directors, two wellness nurses, and the maintenance director all left. The people who take care of the residents have also changed a lot, and sometimes they bring in nurses or staff from other places who don't know the residents. This has made it hard for the care plan to stay consistent, and it's had to be changed a lot. One person who has been consistently great at the front desk. She's always there to help and has been since the beginning.

"Dirty Facility, Bad Service, High Prices at Assisted Living Home"
I went to this place last Friday. I had planned a tour and waited 20 minutes for this girl to show me around. She didn't even say she was sorry or anything. She was super bossy and didn't know much. The place was dirty with crumbs on the floor and dust all over. I was really let down by the whole experience. For all the money they want, I wanna see a clean place and some decent customer service.

"Melody Living: A Welcoming Assisted Living Community"
We chose Melody Living because they take great care of residents, even if they're bed-bound. They handle everything, including end-of-life care. The place feels welcoming, and the staff know everyone's name. The food is fantastic, with special recipes sometimes. Overall, it's been a great experience.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Our time at the assisted living place was tough. The folks taking care of our family member were nice, but there weren't enough of them. It was hard to talk to the bosses. They didn't get things done, and our requests were ignored. The care wasn't right, and we had to keep asking for things. Soon after we left, they switched all the staff and bosses.

"Friendly Staff and Convenient Location!"
This place is awesome! It’s easy to get to from the east side of the Springs, and knows so much and is super helpful!
