"Mixed Bag at Assisted Living: Cozy but Limited"
The place looks nice, like a cozy family home, but there's not enough storage. No safe spot for valuables, and residents only get two showers a week. The menu is limited, especially for fresh fruits and veggies. We'll keep searching.

"Nice looking place but lacks storage, shared showers, limited menu."
The place looks great and feels cozy, just like a family home. It's neat and in a charming location. But there wasn't enough storage and there was nowhere to store important things. Plus, everyone shares showers and you can only take two a week. The worst part was the food. There weren't many options and hardly any fresh fruits or veggies. If you have food rules, you have to ask them to change their daily menu. We're going to continue our search.

"So happy to find a wonderful home for my mom!"
New Day Cottages is amazing! My mom has been in many rehabs and national brand assisted living places, even at home for a few years, but nothing compares to this place. The residents are active, and the staff is really caring. The home is beautiful, meals are cooked fresh every day, and the activity calendar is excellent. Her room is great with its own private bath and cable. Plus, her neighbors are nice. We are so happy we found New Day Cottages!

New Day Cottages at Pine Creek
"Friendly and Comfortable Assisted Living"
We moved my mom here about 4 months ago. She has settled in well and likes talking with the staff and other residents. She doesn’t join many activities, but the staff knows her well, checks in, brings her meds, and chats with her during the day. Meals are served in a family-style dining room with all the residents. The staff is professional and friendly. The facility is new, clean, bright, and feels homey when you walk in. The rooms are big and airy. The staff works closely with medical staff for meds and care. There’s a lovely enclosed patio with a garden for residents to enjoy and a great vegetable garden in the summer.

New Day Cottages at Pine Creek is a lovely place. I was very happy with the services for my dad and how they helped him adjust to assisted living. The facility was clean and bright, and the staff was kind and caring. My dad has passed, but I strongly recommend New Day Cottages at Pine Creek.

"So happy and contented!"
My mother moved to New Day Cottages Pine Creek after it opened and has lived there for a year. Before this, we had a bad experience at another place where she felt nervous and confused. At New Day, she settled in quickly and is happy and smiling almost all the time. She loves the homey feeling, the activities, and the chance to talk with staff and other residents. Meals are served at family-style tables, making it feel even more welcoming. With my nursing background, I know how important good care is. I feel very confident in the staff's care and kindness. They really get to know each resident, and they notice any changes in health, personality, or activity. If anything happens, I get called right away. Even the owner knows my mom and each resident personally, and they are aware of everyone's needs. Medications are given on time and properly recorded. Any questions about medications are quickly handled by the right people, like the doctor or house manager. I truly believe my mom is in the best place for her right now!

"Great place, friendly staff, and very clean!"
They are doing a great job. The place is nice, new, and clean. The staff is friendly, and we have no complaints. We are happy with them, and everything is going well.
