"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
They didn’t always follow through on their promises. I had to search for people quite a bit. When they did their job properly, it was good. But sometimes they weren’t attentive to daily care. The rooms were spacious, the largest I’ve seen. The staff seemed understaffed.

We get that they don't have enough staff, but they could do better with nursing care.

"Friendly community, nice layout, but no available apartments"
Bethesda Gardens Loveland was a lovely place. Their memory care unit was still being worked on, so we couldn't see it during our visit. However, we noticed that the residents were very friendly and interacted like a close-knit family. It was heartwarming to see how well everyone knew each other. Since they didn't have a vacant apartment available, they showed us an occupied one with the resident's permission. The resident happily gave us a tour of her apartment, and we enjoyed meeting her. I really liked the apartment layout. The main issues were logistical: we would have needed to switch doctors, and there wasn't an apartment available within our needed timeline.

"Great Place, But Needs Better Communication"
Both my parents live here now. They are doing well and settled in easily. They enjoy the activities, the people, and the food. There have been a few miscommunications about my dad’s medications, both the ones he had before moving in and the new ones. There needs to be better communication about what the resident needs to do and what the staff provides. There was also some confusion when my mom moved in. The staff thought she was coming from a rehab facility, but she was fully independent at home. They kept wanting her to do more physical therapy. We’re not sure where this mix-up came from. Also, my mom got an ADA-compatible apartment with lower counters and less drawer space. My mom is 5’9", so the shorter counters don’t work well for her. We had to buy extra furniture with drawers. We weren’t told it was an ADA unit before moving in; we were just told it was like my dad’s, which isn’t ADA-compatible.

"Smaller room, higher price"
We toured several places for my brother. This one had smaller rooms and cost more, but the staff was professional during the tour.

"Mom's Place Needs More Veggies and Faster Assistance"
My mom's doing alright here. But sometimes, she has to wait a bit for help. They should definitely add more veggies and salads to their meals.

"Highly recommend Park Regency for your loved ones!"
My grandfather has only been at Park Regency for a week, but he already feels comfortable there and really likes the food. Food was a problem at the place he lived before. The building and his apartment are very clean and well maintained. Everyone is super friendly, and the services they provide are really helpful. The cost is reasonable compared to other assisted living places. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a home for their loved ones.

"Mixed Experience at Park Regency Assisted Living Facility"
We visited Park Regency a few times while deciding where to place Mom. They were helpful and shared lots of information. It felt like there weren't any secrets to know. The facility is nice and affordable. We loved the courtyard. It seemed like they would try their best to accommodate a vegetarian. The only downside was the front desk person who took a few seconds to look up when I approached her to ask a question.

"Welcoming Assisted Living with Courtyard Charm and Helpful Staff"
We went to Park Regency a few times when deciding where to put Mom. They were helpful and gave us lots of info. It felt like they didn't hide anything. The place is nice and not too expensive. The courtyard was great. It seemed like they'd try their best to help a vegetarian. The only downside was the person at the front desk who didn't look up for a while when I approached to ask a question.

The staff there is very helpful and they keep me informed about how my mom is doing and answer any questions I might have about my mom. There are a lot of activities there and my mom does join into a lot of them. As for the food, my mother is not too happy with the menu and thinks there could be changes made.' then create a (in 10 words or less and placed in double ) that summarizes the review and resembles 'Mom is doing well'.

"Nice place, great food, but a bit far away"
The facility looked really nice and was just off the highway. The food seemed great, the amenities were good, and the people were friendly. It was also $1,000 cheaper than others. I liked it so much that I was ready to drive an extra 45 minutes to visit. However, it was too far for my family.

"Great Assisted Living with Spacious Apartments and Many Activities"
This is the biggest 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in assisted living I've seen. The lighting is good, and there are lots of activities to do. They have a therapy room with staff, and you can get transportation, but parking is limited. They're planning to remodel in the spring, and it's close to shopping.

"Spacious and Bright Assisted Living with Lots of Activities"
This place has the biggest 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment I've ever seen in an assisted living facility. The lighting is good, and there's always someone available in the therapy room. They have a bunch of different activities to choose from, and you can even get transportation if you need it. The only downside is that parking is kinda limited. But hey, they're planning to do some remodeling in the spring, and it's close to the shopping area!

"Assisted Living Provides Engaging Activities and Friendly Community"
I've met some really nice people here—both friends and the management. It's much more enjoyable than living in my mobile home. I enjoy doing puzzles here, and the variety of programs they offer is great. I especially enjoyed the drummer they had. Playing cards here is also something I really like to do.

"Decent Assisted Living Facility, Needs Improvement in Food and Services"
My mom lives here and it's a pretty okay place overall. The people who work here are super nice and keep everything really clean. They also have a decent range of things for everyone to do. However, there are a few things that keep me from rating it higher. First and foremost, the food is really bad! They don't give any choices for people with diabetes or people trying to eat healthy. They used to have a salad bar, but it only had wilted veggies and they got rid of it. I think the main problem is that the cooks seem inexperienced and mostly make greasy, fried food. If they had a nutritionist to make a healthier menu and skilled cooks to prepare it, I'd probably rate this place 4-5 stars. Another suggestion I have is for them to consider partnering with local banks and Social security offices. Maybe representatives could come visit the residents who don't have a ride or can't get around very well.

"My mom's the happiest she's been in years!"
My mom is a resident at Park Regency Loveland in Colorado. She was recently diagnosed with dementia/Alzheimer’s and moved into her apartment. It’s been a tough time with her memory loss and confusion. But after settling in, she’s been the happiest I’ve seen her in years! She loves her new life and always talks about how great everyone is. I’m so thankful to Park Regency for all they do. They’ve given my mom something I couldn’t. She had lived with me, but with four homeschooled boys, it was too much for her. We tried her living alone, but that wasn’t right either. After touring a few places, I felt Park Regency was perfect for her. She settled in quickly, loves it, and I know she’s in the right place. Thank you, Park Regency!

"Irresponsible Park Regency: Careless With Residents's Needs"
My mom or dad has been at Park Regency for nearly four years now, and I can confidently say I would not recommend it. Individuals who require more care should especially opt-out. The only reasons they've stuck around are because another family member was calling the shots, the high, non-refundable deposit, and they made a good friend there who, unlike the staff, took care of them and kept me in the loop. From the very beginning, Park Regency didn't stay on top of a new medication, which resulted in a hospital visit. The housekeeping and maintenance are virtually non-existent, with the exception of trash removal. Despite having a doctor's note, the facility has consistently failed to support medical needs. I have never seen them assist with personal needs, regardless of how many times it was requested. Numerous phone calls to get any sort of help, to ensure phone connectivity for contact, to enquire about their wellbeing (aside from being given the runaround), to discuss the care and plans, to request copies of assessments, to request medical services, all fell on deaf ears. After an in-person visit, they begrudgingly cleaned their moldy toilet. However, their accommodation was already in disarray when I visited again, their fridge was full of spoiled food, and they were not clean. The recent change in management made things even more challenging. For more than two weeks now, I haven’t been able to reach for my parent. The interim director, could not provide any information about my parent's situation (despite a major incident). She didn’t offer to help. She and her colleague seemed too busy to show any concern for us, even though they knew I couldn't be present. Now, with the departure of the resident who was looking after my parent, change is imminent – not just for my parent but hopefully for all the other residents too. I'll certainly report this to the county, state, head company, and Medicaid.

"Warm and welcoming community with friendly residents and ongoing improvements."
This place feels like family. The people here are so nice and make you feel at home. Moving somewhere new can be scary, but my mom already made 5-10 friends before she even moved in! They're fixing up the place, although I'm not sure why because it already looks great. But I guess it'll be even better!

"Meets Our Needs"
The building is lovely, and it's near shopping, which matters to my mom. Being close to I-25 is essential for me. The staff is super friendly and genuinely cares about the residents' well-being. Plus, it being a non-profit is a big plus.
