"Mixed Feelings about Assisted Living Facility"
Hey, I'd say it's okay, similar to other places. My main issue is how they surprise us by increasing fees without telling us beforehand, like no heads-up via email or call. Also, lots of new faces among the staff, which gets annoying. It's hard to connect when the people caring for us keep changing. Especially noticed this with the nursing director.

"Friendly Staff and Nice Facilities, But Food Inconsistent"
I recommend this place. The people who work here are friendly and easy to talk to. They seem like they really care about the people who live here. We picked Peakview because it looks new and clean, and the food we tried at a lunch for guests was excellent. My dad's apartment is bright and airy, which we liked a lot. The most important thing for us was how close it is to my sister's house—it's only a five-minute drive away. Another big reason we chose Peakview is because there's always a nurse on duty, day and night, on both floors. The only downside is that the chef who made the great food we tried isn't here anymore. The meals can be good sometimes, but other times they're not so good, and my dad says they're occasionally terrible.

""A terrible experience at Peakview Assisted Living.""
My family member lived at Peakview Assisted Living and Memory Care, and it was a horrible experience. Everything was just awful. I wouldn't suggest sending anyone you care about to this place.

"Peace of Mind and Care: A Pleasant Assisted Living Experience"
For the most part, we have been happy with our experience. My mom is always clean and dressed in fresh clothes. Her room stays tidy, and her laundry is always done. During our visits at meal times, the food looks delicious and healthy. There are many enjoyable activities, and the staff is friendly. Sometimes, we've seen the ladies giving residents hugs, showing love and making them laugh. I never worry about my mom's safety or care.

"Caring and Supportive Assisted Living Experience at Peakview"
Before Peakview, my dad stayed at [removed] in their nursing unit. It was a terrible experience in every way. At Peakview, the staff genuinely cared for my father. Almost everyone, from the front desk to the dining room to the Q Pacs and aides, seemed happy to be there. There were some issues with turnover and management, which caused a few problems. A couple of new aides weren't sure how to help with transfers, but they fixed that pretty quickly. If my mom ever needs assisted living, I would choose Peakview again.

"Friendly and Clean Assisted Living with Good Food and Billing Concerns"
The food here is good. The cost is okay, but sometimes there are problems with the bills. They are trying hard to help me with this. We chose this place mainly because the staff is really nice and helpful. It's always clean, and I often smell fresh baked cookies when I walk in. The place looks really nice. I think other families would like it here.

"Inconsistent Care, Lack of Communication at Assisted Living Facility"
I wouldn't suggest this place. People keep leaving, even the boss. The boss now doesn't seem to understand what's happening. Talking to residents and family isn't good. Look at your bills carefully. If your family says something's wrong, listen and ask.

"Inadequate Staff and Care Caused Uninformed Fatal Accidents"
I initially placed my mom here because it seemed clean and new. But after months of complaints about not having enough employees and mishandled care due to untrained care workers, we decided to relocate my mom. Sadly, we couldn't make the move as she fell numerous times (which went unreported to me) and she passed away.

"Disappointed Family Removes Loved One from Negligent Assisted Living"
After a short three-week stay, we had to remove my family member from this assisted living residence due to our disappointment in the provided care. The staff failed to consider our loved one's personal interests when planning activities and did not treat my family member with the expected level of care they deserve. Much to our disbelief, the facility's memory care unit showed no significant adherence to essential COVID-19 safety guidelines. As a result, an alarming 15 of the 24 residents contracted the virus. Just before we made the decision to leave, a new nurse was hired who seemed to carry promising potential. If others plan to utilize this facility, I would advise them to understand that medication costs are not combined with the care provided; they are billed separately. Though the establishment appears physically appealing, it is poorly managed, thus negating its aesthetically pleasing outlook.

"Warm and inviting new facility, but communication hiccup in admission."
I checked out this place while searching for a spot for my Dad. It's a new building and looks really nice. The vibe here is super friendly and upbeat. Everyone, from the bosses to the helpers, knows the residents' names. It feels like a big family. The place itself is clean, spacious, and well-kept. The person who showed us around, the marketing director, was really nice and honest. But they turned down my Dad, and we only found out when we called them. There was a little mix-up in keeping in touch. Still, I'd suggest other families check out this place.

My husband stayed at this community for a short respite, and I’d recommend it to anyone. The staff were friendly, and I felt comfortable with the care he received. He had no complaints about the meals and enjoyed participating in some of the available activities. I’d definitely bring my husband back here for another short stay.

This is a nice community, and we were happy to see it clean and well taken care of. I like the staff and the environment. The food is good, but they didn’t understand his special meal needs. They offer activities for those who want to stay active. Overall, I would recommend this community for caring for a loved one.

"Loving it at Peakview!"
My mother has been at Peakview since October 2015. She loves it there, and the staff who help her are amazing. They give her great care and lots of hugs, and they're never too busy to help. The facility is beautiful, and everything is brand new. The food is delicious, and Michael, the chef, always makes fabulous meals. There is so much variety on the menu. The activities are wonderful and diverse. We could not be happier with Peakview.

"Mom adjusted quickly and feels right at home!"
When my mom needed assisted living, we found Peakview. We attended their open house and learned about everything they offered. That’s when I met the Director of Community Relations, who was extremely helpful and compassionate. She met me in private so I could make a down payment for a future move-in date. She remained understanding and supportive throughout the next six months until mom moved in. She was my strength during that hard time. Once mom moved in, we met the other staff members, who were all friendly and respectful. They created a safe and caring environment for mom, involving her in activities, entertainment, and meals. The staff treated the whole building like it was her new home. Mom went through a lot emotionally, but less than 24 hours after moving in, she smiled and said, “I love it here; it already feels like home.

"Refreshing, caring, and compassionate memory care experience!"
Peakview's memory care has been such a caring and supportive place for my wife’s mom. We’ve seen other facilities that looked great but didn’t deliver on their promises. Peakview is the opposite—it truly cares for its residents and their families. Anytime we’ve had questions or concerns, the staff has responded quickly and with genuine care. After almost five months, they still keep in good communication and listen to our feedback about my wife’s mom’s care. It’s a huge relief knowing that doctors who specialize in geriatric care see her regularly, right in her room. The staff is warm, compassionate, and truly loves what they do. The activities are plentiful, and the food is great. We can even take my wife’s mom out to the assisted living dining room for meals, where the staff is always kind and welcoming. We feel confident that Peakview is not just a good home but a fun and refreshing place to visit.

"Great decision to move her here!"
We are really happy with everything at Peakview. It’s a brand new place, so everything is nice and clean. We are impressed with the food and the service our parent is getting. The staff there are super nice, which makes the transition easier. They have bingo and lots of activities to do, with even more planned. Moving her here has been a great decision.
