"Aged Charm with a Pleasant Tour"
We visited Residence at Grand Mesa, which is an older and slightly worn-down facility, but our tour was pleasant.

"Understaffed Night Supervision"
The staff is friendly and caring, but they seem understaffed. Night supervision lacks leadership. It's a good place for self-sufficient residents.

"Decent Facility but Small Rooms with Additional TV Costs"
This place was okay, not really special. The rooms are kind of small, especially the shower. They charge more if you want basic TV. It's simply alright.

"A Happy Home for Dad"
My father is doing well and really likes the community. He shares a nice suite with a living room and a bathroom. He says the food is great, and he enjoys having a glass of wine after dinner. There are fun activities planned for the residents. I can access the community website, and the staff email me about his appointments. They even offer transportation, mostly for doctor visits and a weekly trip to Wal-Mart. Everyone is friendly and helpful. This place is both cheaper and better for us.

"Helpful Till The End"
After a month, I discovered that my mom enjoys wandering off. Unfortunately, this community didn't meet her care needs. The staff did their best to assist me until I found a new place for her. The facility is clean, without major issues. My mom appreciated the meals they served. I'd recommend it to friends and family if it fits their requirements.

"A Satisfying New Chapter for Mom at Grand Mesa"
I’ve spoken with a lot of the residents at Grand Mesa, and none of them have anything bad to say. Any problems that came up were not related to how the place is run. The few issues I saw were just things that happen in any facility. The staff here has been very attentive to our needs and requests. I feel comfortable knowing that Mom is well cared for. As Mom gets used to being here, she’s starting to join in with activities at the home. They really try to get the residents involved, and she has made many friends. Overall, I am very happy with Grand Mesa.

"Helpful staff, oversharing owner, positive experience."
The staff at Residence at Grand Mesa was really friendly and helpful. They seem to truly care about all the residents. I'm not a big fan of the new owner. He shares too much about behind-the-scenes issues that I don't need to hear. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I'd suggest Residence at Grand Mesa.

"Friendly staff, oversharing owner, positive experience."
The people at Residence at Grand Mesa were nice and helpful. They seem to really care about everyone who lives there. I wasn't too happy with the new owner. He shares too much about the behind-the-scenes issues, which I don't really need to know. Overall, my time there has been good, and I'd suggest Residence at Grand Mesa to others.
