"Great care for my mom!"
My mom is getting good care in this community. The staff is taking care of her well. However, there are some areas that need improvement. Sometimes, there's a language barrier with the staff, which makes it hard to get updates on my mom’s progress when I call. She has requested some special items, but I worry they aren't making sure she receives them all. She seems happy with the meals, but the activities could be better. I would recommend this community to other families. I hope they work with families to meet their loved ones' needs.

"Amazing care and support at Serenity House VIII!"
My parent got excellent care at Serenity House VIII. [Removed], the head caregiver, was very kind, caring, and patient. All the other caregivers we met were just as good. The home-like setting is especially great for someone with memory problems, making it feel familiar and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Serenity House.
