"Very Unpleasant Experience: Avoid if You Care for Your Family"
My stay here was awful. All I did was eat and go back to my room, and then there was nothing to do. The only decent thing about this place was that they fed us (the food was kinda good) and gave us our medicine right. There were no activities or anything to add some joy to our lives. We're supposed to take good care of our seniors, but this place just doesn't seem to appreciate or respect our elders. Plus, a lot of the staff don't speak any English and just do their jobs by routine, which isn't good at all. I would say avoid this place if you care about your family. Just run away as fast as you can. This place isn't right for them.

"Constant Issues and Nepotism at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is seriously lacking. They barely provide enough food, don't have enough people working, and offer hardly any activities. It feels like a total sham. The state even has to step in and manage the buildings for the owner! And talk about nepotism - even his wife controls HR. A lot of their family and friends work at headquarters. It's a complete disaster with constant emergencies and staff quitting left and right. What a joke.

"Poor Management and Communication at Assisted Living Facility"
I wouldn't tell anyone to use this place. They've had so many people quit in the past year, even their bosses. My family member had to go to the hospital and when she came back, stuff of hers was gone. They've lost important papers and we had to get them again. They don't talk to us as much as they need to. My loved one fell and was hurt and I didn't even find out until 3 days later when the hospital told me.

I really didn't like Solange at Apple Tree. The tour was bad, and it wasn't what we wanted.
