"Great food, nice garden, excellent staff-to-resident ratio"
The food is good here compared to where my dad was. I really like the garden and outdoor space—it’s much nicer than other places I checked out. Even though I live far away, the things that matter most, like activities, food, and outdoor space, are all excellent. That’s why we chose this place. I also appreciate that there are enough staff members for the residents.

"Personalized Care and Community Ownership Shine at Assisted Living Facility"
My family member really likes living here. I appreciate how the staff customize their care for each person. The community is privately owned, which I think is great. They offer various food choices, but I wish they would remind residents more about their options.

"Clean, cheerful, and great staff—perfect for residents."
The place seems very clean. It’s cheerful, pretty, and pleasant—everything you could ask for. I’m really happy that my friend is there; it’s a great spot for him. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the activities director is attentive and encourages everyone to join in.

"Pleasant Place, Quiet Residents, Great Location, Fewer Activities"
The place is bright and cheerful. The people living there seem pretty relaxed and quiet. It's in a nice spot. Wish there were more things to do, though.

"Great care and a loving, clean environment for mom"
I’m really happy with the care my mom gets at Springbrooke. The place is clean and nice, with lots of fun activities. The staff is caring and pays great attention. I’m thankful my mom is in such a loving place. It gives me peace of mind.

"Great Amenities but Mostly Female Residents"
Nice place to visit with lots of services in a smaller building. Their prices are different from other places and offer some independent options where you don’t have to pay for everything. They have three meal plans and lots of support for the residents. Most units have private patios. I didn’t see any male residents though.

"Language Barrier Hinders Communication; Temperature Control Issues Persist"
This place has some good points, like helpful staff and enjoyable activities. The therapy sessions are also great. But, there are some problems. Some staff members are nice, but they don't speak much English, which makes it hard for residents to communicate their needs during meal times. Another issue is the room temperature. The rooms don't have proper temperature control. In winter, the heat makes it too hot, and in summer, when the AC is off, it's still too warm. Sometimes, on snowy days, residents have to open doors and windows just to cool down. Consider other options, but remember the nice view of the pond here.

"Close-Knit Community with Diverse Activities"
I was searching for a place for my Mother-In-Law and found this community. I really liked it, but it didn't seem as perfect for her as other places. The main reason was that it wasn't as close as I'd hoped. The community seemed nice and everything looked clean, but ultimately, it wasn't quite right for us. They do have activities like going to casinos, exercise classes, card games, and watching movies. Overall, I would suggest this community.

"Friendly Staff and Activities, but Not Memory Care-Focused"
When we toured, I thought this place was nice. The staff I met were friendly. We liked it, but we only wanted memory care. They have nurses and activities here.

"Minor water damage issue, otherwise everything's going well."
They had water damage from frozen pipes, not their fault.

"Bright and Welcoming Community with Great Staff and Meals"
We picked this place because it's really bright, full of windows and sunlight. Dad's still getting used to it and other things, but the staff are super nice and helpful. I know they work hard, and they're really good at it. The place is super clean, and the food is really good. So far, I'm really happy with our choice.

"Helpful Staff and Good Food in a Clean Community"
The staff here have been very helpful. The front desk people know me and make sure I get to my physical therapy appointments on time. They offer rides to the bank and the store. The food is good and they keep the community clean. They clean my apartment every other week and do a thorough job. They offer lots of activities, and I would recommend this community.
