"Facility Falls Short on Care and Safety Measures"
We got some info that wasn't quite right for our family member. They couldn't give the care our loved one really needed, and their safety stuff needs a big update, like, really bad.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place looked nice and the person giving the tour was friendly. But it wasn't as welcoming as I thought. There was a smell and the rooms were outdated.

"Not My Final Choice"
After several visits, I realized this wasn't the right place for me. The community was pleasant, but not my top pick.

"Mom's Stay Was Great!"
Mom stayed here for a while and liked it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good, and they had many activities. The place was clean and well taken care of. I think it's a good place to recommend.

"Mixed experience at Sunrise Assisted Living; consider carefully before choosing."
My time at Sunrise was okay, but some things were pricey. The food was good, and the staff from Nepal was great. Sometimes they had to work extra because others called out. There weren't enough managers, and the call system was slow. The place was clean, and the dining room looked nice. But having the same people serve and care might cause issues. It's run by a company, so they focus on saving money. You might not see better food even with price increases. It's essential to check each place and think about what your family needs. Sunrise is good for minimal care but can get costly. Quality care matters most in assisted living.

"Mixed Experience: Nice Facility, Soundproofing Lacking, Varied Meals, High Fees"
The place looks nice, but you can hear noises from other rooms. Breakfast has canned fruit, frozen donuts, cereals, eggs, bacon, sausage, juices, coffee, tea, milk, and pancakes. Lunch is soup, sandwiches, salad, hamburgers, meat, fries, chicken, fish, and dessert. Dinners offer chili, vegetables, spaghetti, meatloaf, chicken, fish, salads, and pork. The same staff serving food also help with chores like bathing, dressing, laundry, and wheelchairs. Care managers are respectful but fees are high. Limited transportation and medicines given in dining area. Costs increase based on care needs. Staff seem busy and call system wait times can be long. The building is spacious, allowing for indoor walking. A physical therapy room would be beneficial. Housekeepers are diligent. Daily classes include yoga, singing, art, movies, and outings. Quality of care is crucial, compare with other facilities. Get multiple references and meet staff before deciding.

"Amazing staff and steady care make this place stand out"
The best thing about this place is the people who work here. My loved one really loves the staff because they are amazing and always go the extra mile. Since moving to Sunrise, she has stayed very active, and the steady care she gets is a real lifesaver.

Grateful
"Sunrise: A Warm, Caring Home for Your Loved One"
It’s like the sunshine at Sunrise welcomed my 92-year-old mother-in-law and assured her, "Everything will be alright." Now, after a month here, she’s walking more, engaging more, and even dancing to the music. I’ve seen so many moments that make me feel thankful—the way the staff brings joy and humor while handling little problems, and how they skillfully join in conversations with memory care residents, even when words get mixed up. It's like they're making a beautiful quilt out of life’s chaos. This place brings a deeper level of life to a tough dementia world. It’s not just the staff but also the cozy, home-like atmosphere at Sunrise. After visiting three other places—one that felt like a hospital, one that was just plain sad, and another that seemed to be trying too hard—finding Sunrise felt like a stroke of luck. We had wonderful caregivers at home, but as dementia worsened, gaps in care made it impossible to stay. Start your search at Sunrise; it’s where a new, homelike opportunity awaits your loved one.
