"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living"
My family member lives at Winslow Court right now. So far, it’s been alright for them there. People are really nice. It’s clean, and the workers are pretty good. The food, stuff to do, and what you get for your money are fine. Some parts of this place are nice, but others aren’t that great. I can’t really decide if I’d tell other people to go to Winslow Court.

"Mixed Experience, Improving Service at Winslow Court Assisted Living"
We had a bumpy start when my Dad moved in because they misunderstood the moving costs and date. The boss fixed it eventually. Dad now really likes his apartment and the Winslow Court staff. The activities are good, but since COVID, no trips out. They added an on-site hairdresser, a big plus, and have a meal planning committee for food choices. Rent has gone up twice due to inflation. Sometimes they don't have enough staff, but they try hard to hire quickly.

Winslow Court is a good place for the money. I think others should use this community. It's been good for my mom. The food is good quality, and my mom enjoys it. There's a bedroom and sitting room in my mom's room.

When you walk in, you immediately sense a different environment. Every department exudes love and care. The housekeeping team keeps everything clean and tidy. I spoke with a red-haired staff member, and her dedication amazed me. She explained that maintaining cleanliness is crucial for the safety of the residents she deeply cares for. I want families to know their loved ones are secure. It's scary for everyone, but if I can bring peace of mind, I will. Whether it's cleaning, chatting, or cheering, I'm committed. This company truly stands out. Before leaving, she wished me a great visit—important at this life stage. Her compassion moved me. What a relief to know my father is in such a special, caring place.

"Friendly staff, great food, and special holiday celebrations"
My mom has lived at Winslow Court for about a year. We've found the staff to be really friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Winslow Court is great with cleanliness and food service. The food is very good I've joined my mom for breakfast and lunch many times and was always impressed. The special days, like the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, are really important and the staff goes above and beyond to make them extra special.
