"Atria Mismanages Money; Negatively Impacts Elderly Clients"
I thought Atria was a good spot, but I don't like how they deal with money. We signed a lease for [name removed] so we wouldn't lose the deal. We didn't even spend a single night there. Because of health problems, we didn't really move in. We sent them a letter to cancel the agreement. Altogether, they took and didn't give back the deposit. I wouldn't tell anyone to use your company or go to Atria.

"Friendly Staff at Atria Crossroads, But Not Enough of Them"
The folks working at Atria Crossroads are really nice. But, there's a problem. There aren't enough of them. Because of this, we're worried that we're not getting what we're paying for.

"Improvements Needed for Price: Not Recommend This Community"
I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. They should lower the cost to get in here.

"“Great Assisted Living for Non-Memory Care Needs”"
If your loved one doesn’t need memory care, this place is excellent. It’s spacious, open, and has lots of activities. It’s a good spot for you. My loved one is in the right environment for her dementia, in the memory care area.

"Various Problems Faced at Memory Care Facility"
The food at the Memory Care place was awful, nothing like what we were shown when we toured before moving our mom in. The doctor in charge of Memory Care didn't send her to hospice care soon enough, which the hospice people said caused her extra pain. He also didn't check on her health or really examine her. He just said she 'looked good' while in the community room and that was it. After a trip to the ER one evening, we got back to Atria Crossroads and no one was there to open the door or answer the phone. The ambulance driver had to take her back to the hospital since they couldn't get a hold of anyone at Atria to let her in. They also didn't follow through on their promise to play tailored 'Senior type' music in the residents' rooms in Memory Care. And, to top it all off, there was a broken recliner in the community room of Memory Care.

"Atria Crossroads: A Welcoming Community with Good Overall Care"
Atria Crossroads is a super friendly place with a really clean environment. The staff is really nice. They couldn't do everything we needed in terms of care, but they generally do a good job overall.
