"A welcoming place with great care and services"

My aunt would say that it has been a good experience and helped ease her worries. She really liked how friendly the staff and some residents were. The different levels of care at AVIVA were a big plus for her. She also appreciated the nice building, good food, and other services.

"Clean and Friendly Community with Rich Historical Architecture"

We've had a positive experience with this community. The staff keep everything clean. Everyone we've met has been friendly. We suggest admiring the beautiful architecture and learning about its history from the staff.

"Clean, Spacious Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"

It's a pretty good place. Very tidy, spacious, and lots of shared spaces. Nursing needs more attention.

"Affordable and caring assisted living with historic charm and spacious layout."

Aviva West is a beautiful old building from the early 1900s with fantastic architecture. The layout is spacious, and our loved one's apartment is just right. The staff take good care of her, and the orientation process was easy. Compared to others, it's affordable and the best option. We've recommended and will keep recommending it.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"

It’s a nice place to live, but they need better management. Lots of activities, beautiful dining room, but the hill can be scary in bad weather.

"Assisted Living Facility Tour: Dark, Cold, Institutional Atmosphere"

The tour wasn't great. It felt dark and sad, like a hospital. The rooms were okay, but the hallways were chilly.

"Assisted Living Tour Fell Short"

Our family visited the assisted living facility in person, but it didn't seem right for our loved one. The memory care side felt like a different level of care, and the location was too far away.

"Praise for Atria Hamilton Heights' Historic Charm and Size"

We really liked Atria Hamilton Heights! It's a historic building with a charm that my mom prefers. It has a large one-bedroom apartment that I believe my mom will appreciate.

"Lacking in Support, Not Worth the Expense"

The place looked nice, but it wasn't good for our family member. The staff didn't really help much, they didn't take much initiative. She needed more assistance than what they could provide, especially considering how much we paid.

"Friendly Staff but No TVs in Rooms, Mixed Virtual Tour"

We took a virtual tour of this place, and it was okay. The staff was nice and knew a lot, but we weren't happy that there were no TVs in the rooms, and we had to use their furniture.

"Grateful Care and Support"

Our time here has been positive. The staff is caring and responsive. Despite a challenging admissions process, they supported us. We’re thankful our loved one is safe and healthy. I recommend it to others.

"Affordable Assisted Living with Independence at Atria Hamilton Heights"

I really liked Atria at Hamilton Heights. Some apartments are small, but they have unique options. The bathrooms are easy to use, and the food is good. Due to COVID, it’s hard to see residents enjoying activities. We asked about community trips, which my parents liked. The director helped us choose the right place for my dad. Atria lets my parents stay in an accessible apartment, be part of the community, and still get assistance. My dad can relax and enjoy life without worrying about home maintenance or heavy housework. Thanks to the director and nursing staff for caring about his needs.

"Cozy Assisted Living with Caring Staff"

We really liked the caring recreational therapist. The community felt cozy, with smaller dining and living areas. The rooms were nice and homey. The food was good, but lacked variety. We recommend it for older adults needing memory care.

"Budget constraints affect service quality; staff well-meaning but limited."

I wouldn't suggest this place. Budget issues affect services negatively.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"

The care at the facility had some gaps, but our mom is happy there. The staff is helpful, and the place feels nice. However, they raised the rent after six
